Room was clean, bed was comfy, and quiet. Felt safe and relaxed.

Nothing unique but staff worked with us on our room due to more than once delayed arrival (flight delays).
Ironing board obviously not checked by housekeeping. Lef broke. I brought to the attention of staff at check out. He did offer an ironing board if needed immediately. That was considerate to accommodate.

This is a solid, middle of the road hotel. Nothing flashy, well maintained, clean, AC worked, breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options. No complaints here. If you’re looking for a decent hotel for a decent price, this is your spot.

Hotel and rooms were clean. I get grossed out easily when staying at hotels. I didn’t feel grossed out at all. Hotel doesn’t have a lot of amenities, but if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep I would recommend.

When my husband and I arrived, we were told by hotel staff that our room was “upgraded” to 2 queen beds instead of a king. I said I don’t want the upgrade because it’s for my husband and I. They didnt seem to care or apologize and said they had to do it to balance the rooms. Dont call it an upgrade and just apologize. The beds were comfortable and clean. One of our clean towels had someone else’s hair strands in it. After showering, my husband walked into the carpeted area, then grabbed our cooler and stepped into the tub to drain it and there was dirt marks from his feet left in the tub…meaning the carpet was dirty. The breakfast was good and great options. I’m not overall picky on hotels, but probably won’t stay again at this place.

We stayed one night on our way home in this hotel. Very clean and comfortable beds. Shower and tub was great and clean. Breakfast was great. All items are made fresh and tasty. All and all 5 star.

Hot Tub was not usable for a couple of days and breakfast options were limited. Wishes there were more optiona and full use of Hot Tub during our stay.

Clean, quiet, predictable, easy access, walkable……We arrived 2:30PM- couldn’t check in till 3. Neighboring room (a little wild!) needed to have police called twice (that was unfortunate) I’d give ‘em another try.

In town to run the Fargo marathon. Only staying one night because I have no other reason to be here and overpaid for the room. Requested a late checkout weeks ago and was told I would be given one. Arrived at the property to be told they were too full and couldn’t accommodate this. It will be well after checkout time by the time I finished the race. I will be driving six hours home after running a full marathon without a shower. So that’ll be fun. Better communication and accommodation would’ve been nice. Also the room is small and the building is clearly outdated. I’m not impressed. Wasn’t intending on coming back to Fargo, but definitely wouldn’t recommend this property

We called down to the front desk and no one answered at 8:30pm then again at 9 and 9:30!
It says someone will be there 24-7 but that are not!
The pool lighting was very dim and with my poor eyesight it was very hard to walk around that area at night!
