The Wort Hotel is the place to stay when visiting Jackson. It is perfect, close to all restaurants and shops. And the history of this hotel is so interesting. Loved staying there. Two Restaurants and a bar is on the 1st Floor. It is so convenient. It ended up they were our favorites by far in the whole town.

The staff were very helpful in assisting us if we needed anything. I loved the hotel and the decor. The history of the Wort hotel was interesting. I would highly recommend this Hotel to my Friends and Family.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wort. Jackson is beautiful and the Wort is right in the center of all of it. Staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The only things we would say can be improved upon are the rooms are a bit dated. Bathrooms could be refreshed. Also Wi-Fi didn’t work in our rooms, only in the lobby. A small issue, but something in 2023 that needs to be addressed. other than that everything was outstanding

This was an amazing experience. The staff was so accommodating, rooms very clean and just awesome all around. Will definitely stay there again and recommend highly!

The staff were very nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay the best ever. I would only stay here when visiting Jackson Hole. It is also the most convenient location to everything.

Fantastic location and fun western decor. Great art. our only complaint and it is so picky, but for a 4 star hotel the towels were terrible. Scratchy and small. For the price we paid for one night, I expected luxurious oversized linens and awesome amenities.

The hotel itself is nice, there's a bar and restaurant with friendly staff. There's a couple fireplaces you can get cozy and warm up, there's also a lot interesting artwork throughout the hotel. The concierge was the best, she was friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. She was able to book all our requests and gave good recommendations. I stayed a week and only a couple issues. 1. there is something wrong with the ventilation system on the first floor. kitchen smells like fried food were enough to make me gag as i walked down the hall. 2. room service did not respond for 2 days, had to contact front desk to get it resolved.

Location could not be better, but the actual hotel is a bit over-embellished online. It was OK, but a bit out-dated. The restaurants were not terribly good, but fun and convenient. Desk staff was friendly in person, but not terribly helpful on the telephone prior to our stay. Overall, one is paying a high price to be in the center of Jackson, which might be worth it. It is not the luxurious hotel one expects to find however.

This location is perfect for visiting Jackson, WY, and the room was very nice. The convenience of the restaurants and entertainment at night was great. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food and slow service, though that was impacted by staff shortages.

Loved this charming hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My teens were excited to see a big stuffed black bear on the bed when we arrived. The Wort pays attention to details, we loved it.

If your looking to stay in the heart of Jackson Hole, this is the place. Clean and comfortable. The staff show so much attention to detail. There is a restaurant/bar onsite, really enjoyed watching the folks dance and have fun in the evening. Really cool hotel, would definitely stay again

History and atmosphere

The room was decorative, clean and beautiful; the housekeeping staff was amazing. The hotel was strategically located to restaurants and shopping. But if you are short and older...it was difficult to get around. The bed was so high, i strained the muscle in my shoulder trying to get in bed. The elevator was directly opposite of our suite... We went up and down the staircase...but it was not optimal...not to mention arriving and leaving with our luggage. Our suite was directly above the bar, we had to drown out the noise from the bar with a fan. Now lets talk about the parking...the parking lot was closed the entire time we were there for 3 night's while they clean it. We were able to park on the street...but had to leave from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm...for the price of the room...the hotel should have accomodated us to a degree with something in our windshield with designated parking.

This hotel is very convenient and well located to EVERYTHING in downtown Jackson. The room service/tuck in service was fantastic. The rooms are cozy-the common areas are a little dated but still comfortable and a nice ‘western feel.’ Overall a nice upscale feel to the property. The Silver Dollar cafe is a must-great food and affordable. Concierge service hours are spotty but when they’re there, they were very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were very pleased.

The Wort was amazing. Housekeeping did a great job and we really enjoyed the chocolate silver dollars. The entire staff was very accommodating and we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was clean and location was perfect. The bathrooms could use updating. We had one window that literally overlooked a fence. You couldn’t even see the sky. Interested to know what was behind the fence! Overall, a good stay and would stay here again but maybe in a room that looks at something.

Beautiful hotel. Convenienly located in middle of town. The bed is heavenly. The hotel has its own restaurant on the property which is treat for a weary traveler. Food was excellent and it has great vibe. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Will definitely stay there again when I am in Jackson Hole next time.

Our recent stay at The Wort Hotel was exceptional and made our trip out west! Cleanliness, amenities, customer service, surroundings, location, food quality-all 5-star!
