Not what i expected from Best Western. Room was musty-smelling. Toilet very low which was painful to sit down and get up for my bad knee. Breakfast was cold and coffee very weak. TV had no local channels/news. Remote very slow.

The bathtub was clogged and dirty I was really disappointed.

This is a very old hotel, needs many upgrades. Only has one elevator which means a long walk if your room is on the other side. Unattractive lobby, hallways not kept very clean. Very small bathrooms. You can tell rooms were repainted because it was not done well.

It took 2 weeks to confirm an early check in request of 1pm and an extra 20 dollars. We also had late check out and what i assume was a cleaning person keyed in at 9:30am and woke me up. Walls were paper thin, the train, traffic and outside noise was loud.

The room was clean, although there was one bug (stink bug) that I saw. Breakfast was standard but didn't have the waffle maker (broken) and no fruit available on the second morning. Nescafe machine is available in the hallway 24/7. Location is great with it being right off the highway

The hotel was very good. It was what we needed and close to an event we were attending. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have change is that it was a bit noisy. The guest weren’t being very loud but it seems like more noise proofing or insulation is needed. We clearly heard a baby crying in the middle of the night and guest talking in the hallway around midnight. Again, I know these things happen but a little more attention in this area could make it an even more enjoyable stay. Overall, it was great and we would stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff member was fabulous under difficult circumstances. Front desk person was the only staff member at the hotel when we returned from dinner and our key wouldn't work because the battery was dead in the electronic lock. It took 45 minutes to get into the room for our belongings. She had to respond to other guests while trying to help. The fabulous staff member helped us move to a room with a working lock.

The only real complaint is that our bath floor was not properly cleaned, walls were marked by previous insect swatting, and we found hair not belonging to us in room. Other than that the breakfast was AA, hotel was in I’m good condition and clean.

Lobby is gorgeous, staff is SO friendly. The rest of the building is a dump. Is wreaked like cigarettes and cleaning chemicals that they tried to cover up the cigarette smell with. Carpeted floors were moist. The place needs a serious remodel

The room was clean and the staff friendly. It was quiet, even with the AmTrak train line next to the hotel! Our room overlooked a courtyard with gardens - a pleasant surprise. The Indoor pool was large. It has a "gym" but this was smaller and not all the equipment was in the best repair.

Adequate for a quick stay. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Rugs in hallways are filthy. Linen in the rooms was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Musty, mildew smell throughout. Definitely needs updating.

I like that it was quiet. There are food options nearby. It is close to Quinnipiac University which is why I was there. I did feel safe.

This hotel offers free breakfast (pretty decent), pool, gym, nice outdoors courtyard, cappuccino machine near lobby, etc. Prices are good when compared to other places in the area. It's close to a lot of businesses and its right off the highway. The place looks like it was recently renovated. One thing to keep in mind is that the back rooms do face the train tracks--so you will hear it several times throughout the night. However, it wasn't terrible. You could ask for a room on the opposite side. We really enjoyed it and would consider staying there again.

Room smelled strongly of mildew. There was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and visible black mold. I complained to the front desk and nothing was done. I asked to be moved to a different room but there were no available rooms. Me and my daughter's allergies were very aggravated after sleeping in the room overnight. I was completely dissatisfied with my stay here. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The carpets need to be changed. The room smelled damp. The door had cracks on the sides where light comes in. The bathroom tiles have mildew stains. The shower was weak.

Lobby was new. Everything else was outdated and dingy. Our room smelled musty and was humid despite AC. We found a used vape and some condoms behind our tv. Pillows are flat and terrible. The hotel is set up like a maze. The elevator is no where near the lobby. Train was an unexpected noise during the night.

The front desk receptionist was very helpful and professional. The breakfast was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were friendly but need to respect when a guest has a privacy sign on the door and not go into the room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is huge and it can be confusing trying to get to your room. There is only 1 elevator but depending on where your room is it could be a ridiculously long walk. The staff recommended taking the stairs. Which is fine but at night it was a little scary. Oh property is located right next to the railway but the trains were surprisingly quiet.

Hotel bikers blocking fire lanes and causing noise disturbances lasting till 2:30 am. Motorcycles didn't utilize designated parking spaces and were lined in front of the main entrance and at night the bikers were causing disturbances till 2:30 am.

Simply put… this hotel was foul. If we did not have to stay we would have left immediately but we did not have another choice for lodging. There was a strong mildew odor in the room, so much so that we had to switch rooms. There was still a mildew odor in the new room but we had to deal with it. The bathroom was dirty and dingy. The shower was so dirty we could not use it for fear of getting a disease. Also the rug… I have never seen a crustier rug in my life. Just do your self a favor and do not stay here. P.S there was also a dog barking incessantly so resting was not really an option. I have requested a full refund. The only shining light was the friendly bartender, alcohol was all that made this stay bearable.

The room was outdated but clean. The staff were extremely friendly and accomdating. Great location with its of food, and local paces near by.

We stayed one night on our way home from Maine. Room was clean, spacious and very comfy. Kids had fun in the pool but the water was pretty cold. We had dinner in the restaurant/bar and the food was fine. The menu sounded impressive but food was simple.
Breakfast was very good.

Nice. Older building. The tile in bathroom could use a good chemical treatment but overall good. Beds were firm and towels were good. Excellent breakfast. We would stay here again if we were traveling in the area. Thank you.
