I had an absolutely amazing stay! The front desk ladies were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Plus the lazy river, hot tub, and being walking distance to so many things was fantastic. Will definitely be staying again.

As always a very comfortable and spacious room! Always our go-to for quick trips to Disney.

Loved this hotel, has many things to do, they have a sports court, jungle gym for kids, a pool, spa, lazy river, restaurant, bar and a gifr shop. The cleaning ness was good except we kept finding hairs all over our blankets but other than that we really liked this hotel.

Check in was very slow and we found ourselves waiting in a queue for a long time. No upgrade offered. Late checkout until refused unless we paid $25. Bedding and mattress felt damp.

Tha main reason for booking at red lion hotel is their lazy river, we did enjoy it, the weather is perfect and its not crowded. Its just that they open at the time of checking out. We wish they open a little bit sooner so the guests will enjoy their time

The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious. The only thing i was missing was an in room coffee pot. We did not eat at the hotel as there were so many options close by. The lazy river was small but did the job. It was a very relaxing weekend for us. I plan to go back here again.

Stayed for work after the Hurricane. Friendly staff and spacious comfortable room. would have liked a desk in the room for work purposes. Really good breakfast buffet as well.

I booked a handicapped room and was surprised there was a bathtub rather than a walk-in shower. I was not able to get into the tub. There is no desk to use laptop.

I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal for a 13th birthday surprise. Was pleasantly surprise by the hospitality of this hotel. Super clean and my granddaughter loved the lazy river slide. The pool was also nice.

We had a great time and had 3 rooms. There were no problems or issues. The breakfast was amazing. We all wake up at different times and being able to go to breakfast when you wake up instead of getting everyone together and waiting an hour somewhere else. That was the best. The man who worked dining room was amazing.

Everything was very good considering the amount of people that were staying here for hurricane Milton. The staff was friendly and ready to help if needed and rhe property was very clean! Thanks Red Lion for making our stay a very comfortable one!

MOUSE HOUSE! And I don’t mean Mickey Mouse! I woke up around 4 AM to use the bathroom. As I was getting up, there was a mouse running close to my feet. I gathered my belongings and left after dumping my open bag on the bed and putting everything back in one by one to make sure I was not taking any critters with me. The woman at the desk offered me another room. I told her if there was a mouse in my room, then the possibility existed that they could be in any room. I left. Later, when I talked to the manager and asked about a refund, she said she would have housekeeping and maintenance do an investigation and she would get back to me. She called me back and told me that their investigation showed that there was no mouse in the room. I told her that I am 65 years old and handicapped and there’s no way that I would leave out at 4:30 in the morning for no reason. I went there for relaxation so that I could complete some writing that I was working on. I had considered extending my stay. The manager’s response made me feel like she was saying I was supposed to ignore what my eyes saw, and the fact that my heart was racing. Nobody Apologized. Of course they should know that they have mice there. Anyone with a business that has them is probably aware I am so disappointed. My family and I have stayed there many times.

We went to the hotel for the lazy river and slide. But these are only open noon to 7pm, so we were NOT able to use them. But we got charged a resort fee of $23! NOT HAPPY!!

Room smelled like mold. They tried to cover the smell with bleach but after a couple hours, the bleach smell wore off. The bathroom had mold on the top. Room was clean and staff was meh. No room service during my stay. Maybe I came on a bad weekend. 2.5 rating

The check in was easy. The room was large. It was nice to have two sinks. A little wear and tear in the room, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Quiet and clean facility and room. A little shady around the outside of the hotel, but otherwise excellent

Ok if you are looking to buy under $100. One night stay is all I was willing. Weird smell room had rust everywhere and loud music till 1:30am. Won’t be back

Great stay for a quick trip!

Everyone was very accomodating and made our stay very comfortable. The only thing we didn't care for and I'm not sure it was a hotel thing so I didn't count it against them, was the breakfast. The breakfast was in the restaurant. And was $15 a person for the buffett. We looked at the buffett and turned around and walked out. We left and ate at IHOP, which is a block away. Had a great breakfast there.

Property is excellent but they have hidden fees. They charge a Tourist development fee and a pool fee. Crazy!!! I’m not happy at all

Great place, great price. Disappointed that they put a hold on your credit card that takes three days after you check out to get back.

I liked Lazy river, flexible check in and hours (for fees).

I have stayed at this property many times before. Now they have resort fees, and hole $80 for a deposit. They have a pool and a gift shop so I’m not sure what the resort fees cover.

We stayed for a week during a relocation to the area. It was very clean, the staff was amazing and very efficient, the parking lot was well-lit and large, the rooms were much, much nicer and the laundry facilities were very good. The pool and amenities were kept very clean and updated. It's now my go-to hotel for a resort vacation and extended stay.

This hotel is awesome I had a fun time and I will definitely be back if I could get this hotel a 20 star rating I would

I like staying here it’s really nice and staff are nice but there is nothing special about it, things feel a bit dirty not nasty or anything just not up to pare with cleanliness.

The man was so rude at the restaurant to my husband and kids the breakfast buffet they need some up grades to this hotel my room had baby roaches

Amazing time. Have stayed a few times before and has become one of our number 1 choices. Prime location for House of Blues concerts/Disney properties and shopping. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and cozy with a good price.
