It was an okay stay for motel the check in was smooth and efficient but too much nose and the bathroom was nasty dirty towels and everything

We ordered a room with the first picture being a room with an open bathroom and jacuzzi next to the bed, I purchased what I thought was the room with a jacuzzi. We end up getting there and the room being nothing close to what was advertised (completely dingy and unclean) and no jacuzzi, the guy at the front desk is very nonchalant about the issue and basically said it happens all the time and we should’ve read the entire room description to make sure the jacuzzi was included insinuating it’s our fault. I just wanted a refund due to the fact there where no open rooms with a jacuzzi until Monday (it was Friday) and it just felt disgusting being in the room I was for that short amount of time we where there, I was then told it would take 3-5 BUSINESS days to get my refund, due to it being Friday I now have to wait 5-7 days until I get my money back, funny how they can take it within seconds but u have to wait a week to get refunded.

The room only had one working light and the fan system didn’t go past level one leaving the room very stuffy. The bed was also sinking in the middle.

I booked a room with a whirlpool but was given a standard king room. The walls were moldy, the towel rack fell off the wall when a light hand towel was set on it.
I left around midnight as the room was unacceptable and neighbors were noisy.

Got there it was ok typical hotel. Got to the room found a dirty black shirt. After my daughter running around her feet was black. We asked if someone could mop the front desk gave us a mop to mop the room. I sat down on the bed and i broke. Im assuming the box springs broke. The beds was so uncomfortable i never slept.

“You get what you pay for”. Once I completed the check in process, got on the elevator to the 2nd floor, the hall reeked with animal urine. The smell was awfully strong. There’s was a courtesy call confirming that I was satisfied with the room. I was tired, & just wanted somewhere to lay my head, I settled. I pulled the covers back, the sheets had stains. I use one of their towels to wipe the floor. It was black, and contained wads of human & pet hair.

There is no iron and no fridge until you pay for the fridge daily and you need to stay more than 3 days so they can clean your room plus there is no free breakfast my kids were hungry I had to go buy food if they fix this probably it would be perfect but the rest was good.

First room had roaches and smelled like dog, they refused to give me my money back and forces me to take an upgraded room, which was same type with a refrigerator. This room smelled and had stains on sheets, I will never stay at a motel 6 again because of this. I advise anyone booking to go check out the room before you pay

I didn't have any issues with the staff, they are all very helpful. Didn't really like the other guests and people that happen to be staying there. Felt like the room above me, people wete having a loud disagreement and it made sleeping and just being comfortable overall fairly difficult.

Room was constantly damp, room stunk, no fridge, freezer, microwave or blow dryer in rooms. Just overall very gross and not worth the price, even as low as it may be.

Had lots of sketchy people there. Didnt look safe at all. Windows and floors were disgustingly dirty. Ac leaked water all over at night and got my luggage soaked. Bed and pullows were the very uncomfortable. Room didnt look anything like pic . Definitely not worth the $140 i spent.

Upon entering room mens underwear was left on side of tub. Front desk agent had to come get it as there were no room attendents. Jetted tub (alleged hot tub) did not work.

I totally lost a day of business because their wifi didn't work and when it did it would only last a couple minutes, the front desk lady said its always bad and to camm influx, what? Why should I waste more time knowing influx won't solve the problem

There were literally Cheetos under the bed when we walked in. The elevator had an out of order sign but really the staff just turned it off. I wasn’t expecting 5 star but I at least expected there to be a microwave in the room. The tv also didn’t work. The WiFi connection was terrible and I ended up using the hotspot on my phone for my son’s tablet because the connection wasn’t strong enough for him to stream a YouTube video.

I had one complaint They wouldn’t clean your room until you were there three days. Never heard of that in any other properties that I’ve stayed at.

Some rooms are better than others. I stayed in room 302. It’s clean. It’s located right by the stairway, but the floors were very unkept.

The hotel was fine but in a unsafe area

The manager was just cruel, obviously is just terribly unhappy with her own life so she treats the guests as if they don't matter for some bit of solace. Just sad really.

I entered the room, took my shoes off. I walked a couple times from the bed to the bathroom back to the bed and then maybe back to the bathroom and then I looked at my socks. They were brand new when I got there. They were completely black it was filthy.

Had a nice experience at the Motel 6 at Bridgeview. Nice experience with the staff and other customers. Clean and near a ton of stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.
