when i first checked in there was no one at the counter, a man poked his head out and went and got a lady. I checked in and was put on the second floor which i did not understand as there was not many in the hotel as i could see from the empty parking lot. Shampoo and cream rinse was watered down and not shower soap. TV did not work i had to call front desk for them to fix it. Went to breakfast and there was no food left that was hot. i asked the man there and he said he would refill it but it was to late as i was off to work. Not the friendlies place.

We were very excited to stay at this Comfort Inn based on the reviews and our previous experiences with Comfort Inns. I don’t know if is just our room, but it was not very nice. I opened the cabinet that contained the mini fridge. It was broken, hanging on one hinge. Other people must have continued to use it because the mini fridge was getting cut up by the hinges. I called front desk. They said it was fine. Inside the mini fridge was hair. The strange mirror and light combination when you enter did not make sense. The covers of the beds were torn up and old. All the door stops looked awful. See pictures attached. In the bathroom, the tub stopper looked broken.
The next morning, we got to breakfast at 9:00. It was open until 10:00. They had already stopped serving the warm food (scrambled eggs and sausages) and said that there were no more. Do not expect much from the breakfast.
Positives: The bed was comfortable and had a picnic table behind it to hangout with friends.
We would not stay here again.

The best part of the room was the mattress. We had a king bed. The mattress was sooo comfortable! The only knock on the room was that the sink was slow to drain. I suppose it needs a bottle of draino.

The rooms were overall fine. It was frustrating to have to book two rooms for our family of 5, with 3 kids under the age of 12. We found trash from other guests under the beds/bedside tables when we were double checking that none of our belongings were being left behind. The sliding doors to outside were either really hard to open or the locks were finicky. The breakfast was decent. There wasn't consistently staff at the desk which was inconvenient for us a few times. It was fine, but not worth how much we had to pay for the family.

2 floors. No elevator. For someone with mobility issues, stairs were difficult to use. Hallways were extremely hot. Felt like the heat was on all the time. Rooms were air conditioned and kept very clean. If main floor rooms were available, I would consider using this hotel again.

Was initially given a room which had not been cleaned or bedding changed. Was unable to get a discount with my CAA membership as I was told they were unable since I booked the room online. Patio doors were hard to use due to age and lack of maintenance. Room smelled musty.

The lady at the front desk was amazing with great customer service, the breakfast room is too small to accommodate people at breakfast and this was the only down side, other than that we all had a great experience

The hotel is wearing around the edges, breakfast was good, beds were not comfortable after three nights we were all a little sore, location is close to amenities, hotel is clean, most of the staff didn't speak no "good morning" in three days.

Washroom door lock was not closing or shutting. Toilet Sink was clogged and no one assisted us as when reported issue to front desk as "cannot move you to another room", "there is no maintenance everyone out for long weekend" and no elevator for moving to 2md floor
