Great location. Hotel was clean, staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, particularly “Swift” who was the attendant in the breakfast area. Will definitely be our go-to hotel in the future.

We thought this was very close to where our appointment was but we were wrong. Ended up driving quite a way to get to our appointment. The room and facility were clean and nice. Our daughter had a different room and she said everything was "wet". Her socks were wet from walking on the carpet and her clothes she had left on the bed were wet. Some black spots on ceiling - maybe mold?

Overall I enjoyed my stay. There are so many food/shopping options in walking distance and the rooms smelled very fresh and were clean. The workers were friendly as well and asked if I had a preference on which floor you wanted to stay on. The elevator broke the 2nd day of my stay, but the maintenance man was working on fixing it when I checked out. I stayed on the 2nd floor so the stairs wasn't bad. I would stay here again.

Was there for only one night, so wasn’t expecting . Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Terrible, mildew, mold, and stinky feet smell in room entire time.

Was not in town for leisure so it was a quick stay. Hotel was nice but didn’t use any of the amenities.

It was a nice place for what we needed. Actually much better than higher priced hotels that I have stayed at in other cities. Clean, quiet, great staff. There is a heavy homeless population in and around this area of NC- no issues with that but for those not used to this, sharing this info. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff went above and beyond for the place. I thought I was staying in a higher end location based on how clean, updated and quiet the place was. We stayed during the 4th of July holiday and it was busy. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of places near by for eating, groceries or pharmacy needs.

Stayed two nights. Those staying next to us were loud . Got hang up calls till 1 am and knocks on the door around 4 am. The HVAC unit did not work during full stay and staff was made aware.

Our hotel stay was okay. The front desk was very friendly and quick to check us in. Overall the hotel itself was clean. Breakfast was great and hot! Our room on the other hand, mostly our bathroom could’ve used a more careful eye when cleaning. The shower floor was grimey and could’ve used a good scrub. The wall had a mysterious dried dark red “splatter” on it that I’m pretty sure was blood, and it was also on the socket. That was very off putting.

I liked the fact that Baptist Hospital was so close although I booked 3 night through Expedia for $434.00 to find out after we got there I could add nights for a better rate due to being a patient at the hospital but when we realized we need more nights we was told the furniture market was in town and 2 more nights was going to be $658.00
I feel as though this is no way to treat family in need of their room for convenience for sick patients.
Just proves money is way more important than helping families dealing with sick patients as they claimed

I was put on the first floor in one of the of the rooms that had adjoining rooms could hear everything that was going on in the other room not happy about that I have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning I need peace and quiet.not pleased with my accommodations for the night.

Second time staying at this location. It’s a good option if you are looking somewhere that’s clean and comfortable for a low price. Restaurants and two grocery stores are nearby.

My family stayed here this past weekend for a Dance Convention. It was close to the convention center and had great dining options close by. Would stay here again.
