Nice hotel good area and accessible. Bar staff so nice
I enquired as to why the smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag wrapped around it. Still waiting for an answer as this could have be an issue
On checking in they asked my wife did we want the room cleaning. For what the nightly charge was I would expect cleaning each morning to be standard
No doubt we will receive a standard response from the hotel. Let’s wait and see

This hotel was right on the corner and easy to get to as well as parking was underground and convenient. We had two kids and the hotel set up two twin beds with a container of candy and a game for each kid. That was a very lovely touch. Rooms were not super spacious but it was clean and functional. Location was safe and good walking distance to the main touristy areas. There is also a Lidl and Mcdonalds a couple minutes walk away.

Worth for the price, good location in Neustadt and close to the trainstation or bus-stop to other cities. Picked this hotel because of the ”hamam sauna”, but that wasnt Hamam and for the extra price not worth it. But the hotel and room are good and nice with a little store downstairs for snacks and drinks when you stay on a sunday :)

Not a bad hotel but, our room smelled moldy/damp/funky. The hallways did as well so fairly sure it wasn’t just our room. Beds were comfy. The location is further away than you’d prefer to walk and the price doesn’t make up for it. Won’t stay here again.

Room was wonderful and spacious overlooking the main road (at night windows open no issue). Via the NH app downloaded you can order any amenities (showercap, kettle etc) which was nice. Fridge in room. Too bad that no ventilation in bathroom to turn on after showering. Also, we stayed 2 nights, the next day the floor was not vacuumed and 2x the glass on fridge was really dirty with dried orange juice (i informed the receptionist on both to alert housekeeping). Lidl very close by so we did breakfast shopping there.

The property was ok but not what we expected from a 4 stars hotel. The property it’s not in the city center or in a pedestrian zone, not so convenient if you are on foot. Check-in procedure was easy and staff very kind.

Had a mixture of both good and bad service from the front desk. The first personnel wasn't very friendly nor helpful during checked in and during checked out, we suspected she has mistaken us as another guest so insisted we haven't paid for the room when in fact we did. Luckily we were able to access our online banking to show her our bank transaction record when she wouldn't accept the statement from the online booking company. The room is quiet, spacious and clean. The breakfast is good too although some guests still didn't know how to practise social distancing. The location is not walkable to city centre but there is a tram stop 5 minutes walk away and the area felt safe.

Excellence price. Booked for couple and two kids and they gave us two attached rooms. Very clean rooms and comfy beds.
You can pay for hotel underground parking or use free, safe, street parking if you can get a spot.
To top it up, the buffet breakfast was good quality.

It was good breakfast. But they don't have a kettle and 40 euro for dog even it's small dog. Parking fee is 16 eur.

The room was clean, but the air condition did not well. Opening the window was more comfortable than running the AC. If uou are looking for a room with AC, look elsewhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at NH Dresden Neustadt. The staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfasts were delicious, and the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the provision of a hot drinks machine on each floor (or better still tea/coffee making facilities in all rooms as standard.

There was a long wait to check in with only 2 people at the front desk. We were surprised at how expensive breakfast and parking was at this location further out of the center of the city. The pillows were a bit flat and the bed a bit hard. It was also very difficult to get into the fitness center because our key card was not working and we had to go down to the lobby twice to try and fix it.

It was close to the tram stop so you could sight see. It had a great shopping strip and great pub nearby.

NH Dresden Neustadt is OK overall, the hotel is some distance from the city although the price is reasonable. Parking at 16 Euro /night is ridiculously expensive. No way was I paying 32 Euro for 2 nights parking. I suggest free parking across the road but accessed around the corner using GPS 51.03774 13.738713, check on google and youll note its a 1 minute stroll to the hotel.

My german is not the greatest, i found the reception staff quite rude and not very helpful and when i asked a question, i felt that the man behind the desk didnt wanna answer, like it was a tough one.

Location is really good! Close to the center and there’s plenty of parking spots around. Breakfast also good, totally worth it. AC wasn’t working properly and the water from the shower was switching from cold and hot, but still, didn’t have much impact in my overall experience. I totally recommend!

The wireless was probably the worst I had in a hotel in the last 8-10 years.
We had to have the breakfast outside somewhere as it was 50 usd extra.
So, not a cheap hotel as perceived with these facts.
Probably will not prefer again.

Although a little bit of a way to get to the old city this is a quiet hotel and very clean. Make sure that the staff let you know that you can buy tram tickets there because one of the staff forgot to mention that to us. Breakfast quite expensive go to the Lidl supermarket just down the road instead.

Wonderful hotel, close to Neustadt train station and tram stops. McDonalds and major grocery store across the street. Within walking distance of major attractions. Very clean and comfortable rooms, with top notch staff and service! Would definitely stay again!

The room is very dated. The breakfast was great and the hotel lobby are all nicely updated. The hotel is pretty far from the city center though. There isnt much around the hotel.
