Very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure. They cleaned our room each day with fresh towels. That was very much appreciated! Close to restaurants, shopping and freeway. A great stay for a great price!!

Best Motel 6 I know of! Indoor pool and hot tub, great layout and right next to everything (restaurants, mall, shops, etc). We parked at check in and walked to everything we needed until departure the next day. Great staff!

I get it, I booked a Motel 6 and not the Ritz Carlton.
The elevator was not working. We could not get our desired room as it was on the third floor and we had too much to carry. We asked for a room but was told that those were “Studio 6” rooms, not “Motel 6” rooms. The pics in the Hotel.com ad show Studio 6. Just be aware.
For a Motel 6 property, it was acceptable. I would have no issues staying again.

We tried to give this hotel a chance but it was a terrible experience. Broken elevator, stained sheets & pillowcases, filthy lampshade, urine smell in room, beetle on bathroom floor coming under the carpet, flickering lights, filthy chair, stained carpet, dirty windows and more. The bathroom was clean, however, we do NOT recommend staying here!

Over all our stay was ok. A few things need some attention. Our room was clean but the bathroom door didn’t latch, our main door was missing the latch which isn’t a huge deal but it’s a safety thing for me and my husband went to make coffee in the morning and their was no filter holder for the machine.

We booked this hotel as place to sleep in Minot on the last leg of a long holiday. Read the reviews which seemed promising - let’s just say it wasn’t the worse, but it wasn't great either.
The elevator was broken so we had to lug our suitcase up and down stairs, the room was very dated, in poor repair, and was very dank.
The bed was comfy enough and water pressure was good.
There is also no cable and the ice machine was broken. We likely won’t choose to stay here again.

Reasonably priced, property is dated and in need of repairs. Elevator not working, lights in room don’t turn on then an hour later turn on. Parking lot is horrible and needs to be resurfaced. Staff are excellent, location is great, steps away from mall and restaurants.

Although the staff was nice , there were what I assumed to be blood or some dark stains on the sheets , no breakfast, not very safe even though the hotels right down the street were so much better . There were bugs In the room , tv kept cutting out ,and didn’t small great . I do business in this area quite often and I will never stay here again

Cons…Hotel is overdue for some renovations though. It’s showing its age, and getting shabby. Elevator was broken and there was a bucket in the hall catching water from a leaky pipe. Noisy air conditioner kept us up.
A good reasonably priced overnight stay for travellers but not a destination hotel for a weekend.

We actually found a used needle tucked into the side of the recliner. That had to be the most disturbing thing I have ever come across at a hotel. We checked out immediately.
