Counter people were nice. MY paperwork and confirmation showed paying for TWO rooms. Hotel only has me down for ONE room and the charges me again for another room. SO I paid for THREE rooms when I only booked and used TWO. Now neither will give me a refund! SO I do not recommend Hotels.com or Spark

The place is pretty run down and not very clean. The “free breakfast” was packaged muffins and bagels. The bed and pillows were both very uncomfortable. The first room they put me in had not been cleaned at all and they seemed surprised by this. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

For being a Hilton property the free breakfast was terrible only had bagels, yogurt, and muffins to eat.

I have stayed here previously when it was a Best Western Property. While property has been remodeled and is clean it is definitely now not a business traveler property. Very poor WiFi in rooms, no microwave, no coffee maker. TV in my room would not turn on (this was reported to front desk on check out). WiFi would not connect in my room -- could not send or receive emails. There are much better hotels in the Denver Tech Center area at about the same price.

Nice place, but the carpet in our room was not vacuumed. Close to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. Nice price.

The room was just average. The shampoo etc. was watered down. The breakfast was yogurt and muffins. Anything else that was there you had ro pay extra for. The elevators smelled nasty. No office chair in the room just a footstool for the desk.

Due to recent painting (this is a positive) the door would not open or shut easily (negative). However this is a very nice and very clean hotel. Absolutely loved the bathroom, especially the shower. The only recommendation would be to have staff monitor the back door . People were propping open the allowing non guests to come and go... very unsafe.

Property was not as described at all. It was under construction. No breakfast was offered. Work was started in the morning and was woken up every morning. Very unhappy and will never stay there again.

Smokers make the stay a bad experience. The smell of cigarettes gets in the room very easily and we can't stand that smell. Hope they would enforce their no smoking policy

No hot water, floors in and out of the room were dirty. Trash in room when i got in. Also had a wierd smell too it

Unfortunately, we had a lot of problems with this place. Open construction at the lobby was worrisome while my kid was around.; The elevator had a subtle but bad smell. The room we had reeked of smoke. The beds were incredibly saggy. The television had a large section of dead pixels. The sheets had holes in them. And they started construction(nailing) at 7AM on the dot about one floor away from us by the sound of it.
Clearly this place was abandoned for sometime and as of 3/1/24 this place is not ready for occupancy in my opinion.
The staff was incredible, they were nice and responsive. But it really doesn't make up for the rest of the experience, unfortunately.

My husband and I stayed here after a concert. The hotel is undergoing a remodel. The only real downside to staying here is the walls are very thin. If you're a sound sleeper, you'll be fine. Otherwise it was rough. I heard very loud drunk people and the sexual activity next door. Again, everything else was great.
