Very clean!!! The front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating. I went at different times so I had various front desk employees- all were friendly and helpful.
The housekeeping staff did an excellent job.

Travel through Roswell several times a year and always stay here. Great food within walking. Needs are very comfortable, water pressure in shower is great and the parking lot is well lit. Great place to rest

Was not sure about staying due to the low price, but was pleasantly surprised. The room could not have been cleaner. The beds were very comfortable. Although it is close to the railroad, the night was very quiet. Will definitely stay again.

I booked online and got to the hotel only to be charged a fee for my dog that was not disclosed when I booked at that point had no choice but to pay it because I couldn’t cancel my booking at that point. The rooms floor was disgusting I accidentally spilt some water and went to clean it up with a napkin and the napkin was black they obviously don’t clean the rooms properly. The only way I would stay here again is if I absolutely had no choice

Trashy hotel with rooms that look like the local crack head maintains them. Staff is very rude and make it seem like an inconvenience that you are staying there. Garbage all the way around..

Everything was great with our stay. Only complaint that we had is about the breakfast. It was either eggs and no meat. Or only meat and no eggs

Our stay was only for 1 night and it fit the bill for a week stay if we wanted. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again if we came back to Roswell. The only thing we did not enjoy is carrying our luggage upstairs.

Great location. The hotel was a little run down even though it appeared to have had a "re model" at some point. It appeared the lowest bidder got the contract for the re model. I would say overall good experience and nice staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. The full breakfast had many great options. Martha, at the front desk, was helpful to share local establishments. I would recommend this hotel.

Free breakfast was bad. Few choices (breakfast bean burritos???) and had to wait on coffee for a long, long time.

There was an odd smell in the bathroom and it wouldn't go away. The bed was clean, but the pillows were very lumpy and the frame wobbled. Staff was very friendly though.

The hotel is an old oe in pretty good shape. The stair leading up the second floor where our room was is a little tread bare and could use some new coverings. The bed was VERY stiff and I had a hard time getting to sleep. Otherwise the hotel was OK and the stagg were very friendly.

Everything was great with the room and staff. I just didn’t like all the people hanging out near the front doors of the property for most of the night

The outside of the facility is showing some age, although it appears to be well taken care of. Inside the rooms were excellent and the housekeeping was excellent as well.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are neat and clean, and so is the pool, making the experience pleasant. This is our second time staying here and will definitely be returning.

Breakfast could be refreshed thru the timeframe designated but the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the check in was very pleasant and access to everything we needed was close by. We enjoyed our stay.
