Had a nice weekend getaway from the cold. Hotel has a beautiful lobby and grand wood staircase to the second level. Great and confident location. Be mindful of the train line, as the opposite side of the hotel is much quieter. They were very accommodating with our pet and we look to stay there again in the future.

Hotel is run down. The wallpaper was peeling in the room and the dressers were pretty scuffed up. The shower leaked so bad when turned on that we had to have towels down in order to walk in the bathroom afterwards. Overall it’s not a terrible hotel for the price but it’s definitely seen better days. It was a much better hotel when it was Quality Inn.

Checked in , staff excellent, clean but someone must have had an animal in room previous as we woke up many times and couldn’t breathe and stuffed up . Still so stuffy and may need drugs. Should have a dog free area

Good functional room, very unhelpful place to accommodate you if your a hour early or 5 mins. They didn’t wanna try a lick to let ya check in early. It’s disappointing cause they’re pretty much the only place that I’ve ran into that’s like this in the area.

Stayed here 15 years ago as a child and today it was like nothing has changed! Same wood motif and mountain views, great gym for a hotel and even a game room that’s not advertised. Beauty rest mattresses meant for a great sleep. The only down side is you have to physically leave the building to get to the restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay, our room was nice. The restaurant on site closes at 2. This was a disappointment as all other dining options were a fair walk (in the rain.)

Overall, it was a lovely hotel and I really liked it and our room. The staff at the front desk were not as friendly responsive as I am accustomed. There was a lady there who seen pleasant, but I really didn't speak with her. I felt them to be rather formal and I had counted on asking them for advice and opinions. Now the rest of the staff was wonderful.

We enjoyed the loft bedroom, wished the fireplace could have been on for the cooler evenings. Wondered why the window above main window was covered up...would have been nice to have more of a view of the mountains. We were on room 1357 I believe. In the evenings, could hear banging in bathroom and in loft area. Is there a storage room around that location for the cleaning service/ restaurant?

I had high hopes but we had some issues with service(asking for tp more than once) and had last customers' clothing behind a door in our suite still. All in all it was ok and loved the breakfast place to start our day!

It was a nice room with a loft. The bed was up in the loft while the living room had a beautiful river-stone fireplace. It was comfortable and nice. Didn’t try the restaurant or the pool, but the hot tub was outside and nice to relax in.

Hotel room was great. Separate area for beds and couch/tv area. You could close a door and have some privacy if someone was tired and another wanted to watch tv or do some work. Hotel staff were very accommodating with our request for an early check-in. Would definitely recommend!

Was quite disappointed with very uncomfortable beds. Both nights staying at the hotel was a poor sleep and the mornings were about recovering from a sore stick back. The property looks nice but definitely not worth the rates with uncomfortable beds.

Property was too small for the number of guests e.g. hard to get a parking spot. Pool was small and therefore crowded. It would have been better to keep the pool open longer.
The area outside the reception for receiving guests and departing guests was too small and interfered with service vehicles e.g. deliveries
