The hotel is great! The location was great!!! Downtown was EVERYTHING! Will definitely book here next time I’m in Chicago

Room was clean as well as the entire hotel. The breakfast was really good and surprisingly large. The afternoon had two complimentary drinks and light appetizers. The only negative which is not hotels fault was the ambulances with sirens on a regular basis. We would definitely stay here again.

I requested in advance an adjoining room or conjoined room and it wasn’t granted nor did the staff seem to try and accommodate us. I’ve made a note when I purchased the room, I called, and also arrived at the hotel early to get the accommodations .

Check in was just awful. We waited in line for 34 minutes and then when we got up to the counter, Alma put her hand up and said “I’m not ready for you yet“. Another person eventually helped us and checked us in very quickly at that point. Apparently, they were going through a shift change at the front desk, and I told the man who eventually checked us in that simply telling us that piece of information would’ve been very helpful and perhaps we would have better understood. As it was, Alma was very rude and disrespectful to us.

Stay was great. It was a good, safe location. Easy walking distance to most things and easy access to transit. Breakfast and cocktail hour was a great addition. The restaurant was excellent!

We had a nice stay, good location, worth for the money. The hotel could use a little renovation.

Had a terrible time with access to WiFi, nobody was able to help. This will prevent me to stay at this place in future. I hope it is not case with all Hilton hotels

The hotel was nice, food for breakfast was good, bartenders for the evening reception were great. The internet in the hotel was not working and we were unable to work while there due to that. The staff never told us it was down when we asked multiple staff members at the desk and called, we even called their tech support number we were provided and no help. They needed to just tell us it was not going to work during our stay and stop giving out the login for new checkins.

I was told my valet charge would be one charge during the duration of my stay but upon check out I was charged double the price! No one tried to fix anything! I was just told “I don’t know who told you that but that information was incorrect!” The bathroom in my room had a toilet that ran all night!! No one cleaned my room while I was out so I had get my own towels and dispose of my own trash.

This hotel was in a great location - close to the train and walkable to many attractions (Navy Pier, Art Institute). The facility was nice; our room could have been a little cleaner (there was hair left in the bathroom) but overall a good option.

Room was extremely clean, staff was excellent. I ordered extra towels at front desk and they were delivered to room before I arrived at room. Would definitely stay here again

Front desk service was very slow. Took some people two hours to check in. If you needed to call the front desk from your room, they didn’t answer the phone. It’s been a week since I have checked out and I still do not have my security deposit refunded

Took my mom and daughter to Chicago for our annual 3Gen trip and stayed at the Embassy Suites. Room was decent and clean. One thing that I did find odd was that every room had motion sensor lights, which, according to the front desk, could not be turned off. Unfortunately, I get up about a half dozen times to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and found that I had to army crawl across the floor so that I wouldn’t wake my mom up with the bedroom light! However, I did come up with a solution! I brought extra bandages with me and covered all the sensors so that I could walk to the bathroom like a normal person. Other than that, no other complaints about the room. You can hear noise, but it’s Chicago, so to be expected! For light sleepers, like myself, I’d highly recommend investing in Loop earplugs (they’re the best!). Location is good. Near great restaurants, shopping, etc. The fitness center was mediocre. Yes, they have a Peloton, but it is RICKETY!!! The seat rocked back and forth and IS NOT safe to ride!! I don’t understand why hotels invest in nice equipment like this, yet do not maintain SMH. I’d advise going outside for a run instead. The Chicago Riverwalk is nearby and does connect to the trail that runs alongside the lakeshore. Very safe to run alone…many other runners, walkers, etc. out and about. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Traveling with a 7 yr old granddaughter. We found our King suite great ... but sometimes the tv wouldn't work and said there was no connection (?).... Walking distance to Red Line and buses on Michigan Ave. The mezzanine area was superb and the breakfast was varied and wholesome. Great variety. Evening reception was also nice. Granddaughter enjoyed the pool. All areas were clean. We hope to stay here again soon

This was a great hotel to stay in. Rooms were great, the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. The staff did a great job keeping it clean and stock with fresh food. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything around the river and a short trip to the aquarium and field museum. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful weekend in Chicago! The location of this hotel is so convenient and fun. There were plenty to do within walking distance. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and attentive as well! 10/10 experience!

Overall our stay was very good however parking is very expensive.

The staff were all very friendly and nice. The breakfast was amazing for what they provided.
