This was the Ritz Carlton of Milwaukee airport best westerns. One time I banged in the hot tub

Great service coming and going! Used the Airport shuttle and it was just as promised. Room was dated but comfortable and clean. It has an indoor pool with families, so if you are worried about quiet, try to avoid that area.

The room had a peculiar smell.

The staff were friendly but in need of more training. The outside of the building is in need of updating. The landscaping needs to be redone. The carpeting is very worn, needs replacing. Beds/mattresses seemed old and worn out. Very cheap/thin towels. Water pressure is not very good. The drain in the shower took about 10 minutes after your shower to fully drain. The location was very good. We felt safe. Overall, not a bad stay just in desperate need of remodeling.

The hotel itself and rooms were very clean. The front staff was also courteous and informative. However, the carpet down the entire hallway was starting to pull up creating a bad tripping hazard. Also had wished the pool and hot tub hours were a bit longer.

Disappointed hot tub wasn’t functioning. Mattress needs to be replaced. When I would turn over could feel a spring in room #115. Otherwise great stay. Will definitely stay again when visiting Milwaukee or flying out of General Mitchell Airport

Bad room assignment on 2nd floor after requesting 1st floor as a senior. Not nice

The pool are and atrium make this entire hotel incredibly humid and moist. If you are staying on the second or third floor, prepare yourself for a very long walk to a very tiny service elevator. We will not stay here again.

Expedia and BW charge 2 for the same noght and room

NO AC in hallways...had to ask for another room which I got after I was told mine was the only one left...hmmm?!? No ice machine, whirpool not working, AND I awoke this morning to my room being flooded from said 'out of service' ice machine. Hotel said they wouldn't help me since I went through Hotels.com

The building was stuffy and smelled of smoke. Very disappointed that the hot tub was not working.

Hot tub didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. 😩

Room was missing a tv and pots for coffee! Towels smelled mildew n pull out mattress didn’t have sheets or blankets and smelled like urine! Waited 2 hours to get bed sheets! Got offered another room that didn’t have the same amenities as the room I paid for! No credits or accommodations to make up for anything! Maintenance had to come fix my door because it wouldn’t open with my keycard! Jacuzzi was down but people were still in it! Breakfast was good! Kids had fun in the pool overall 5/10 due to the bad laundry all towels and sheets were full of lent and smelled as if they barely used soap to wash them more so just dried the dirty sheets, towels, and pillow cases! Staff stated low on items because guests steal them! No credits or anything offered!

For the most part it was alright, next to our room in another room there was a dog that bark all night and kept us up all night, went down to the pool at 9am not open went back at 10am pool still not open and it said on door sign pool opens at 8am, had to go ask for toilet paper for our room and towels as well cause no one ever came to our room not once as house keeping.

Great location right next to the airport. Could use some TLC. Bigger towels, better sheets. etc. Love the layout with the pool in the middle. If you stay you need to go to the bar and spend some time with Vicki the bartender. She's great!

We stayed fhe night to catch an early flight. Our room was nezt to ghe pool which was extremely loud till 9:45. Would not recommended if you are early to bed crew, or request a room away from the pool.

I thought this place was great to stay at if one has an early morning flight from Milwaukee. The property was well kept for an airport property and the room was clean. I would, however, recommend that the room carpet be shampooed. Overall, I would stay there again if I had an early flight.

The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, pancakes, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, toast, and more. The layout of the hotel was one of the things I did not like. The pool is in the middle of everything, and to get to breakfast we had to go from one end of the hotel to the other. Not a short walk. The carpet in the hallways was coming up and had big ripples in it. Our window did not lock, the screen was falling out, and anyone could have opened it. The whirlpool was murky, and did not work properly. I could not see my feet touching the bottom that is how dirty the water was. Over all clean, friendly staff, and was a decent place to stay for the price.

Property offered a convenient shuttle to the airport and the breakfast buffet offerings were appreciated.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. After I booked it, I noticed a lot of reviews that said it wasn't clean, service was bad and that the breakfast was disappointing. During my stay, I found NONE of this to be true! My room had a fridge and microwave, both of which were clean and worked perfectly! My room was also comfortable, clean and quiet. Service was great! I had a concern about getting in after midnight with my flight and it was noted on my reservation. The airport shuttle was also very convenient. There was a hot breakfast of sausage links, bacon and eggs each day, but with different options of an omelet one day and a breakfast sandwich the next. It was great and nice area to sit! One suggestion is to have a schedule for the airport shuttle posted somewhere or information with instructions on how to use/book it, available at the front desk. My one complaint would be about the elevator. I stayed on the third floor, and although I made it to my floor each time, I was not confident this was going to happen each time I stepped on. You are unsure what floor your on when it stops as there's nothing indicating that inside. Also, the noises it made and the door moving as if it were to open while the elevator was in motion was a bit unsettling! Overall, my experience was great and I would stay here again.

Hot tub jets did not work. Bathroom had dirty grout. Staff was friendly. Meet the new general mabage. No vending machines on first floor.
