The front desk attendant megan treated us like criminals right from when we were chexkin in until the next day when she came up to the room at 11am banging on the door stating "I will call the police if you dont leave within the next 10 minutes" keep in mind its 11:05am and then she chaged us an extended stay fee of $50 for checking out at 11:15am. We dont know what we did to deserve this kind of treatment, we travel all over BC and this was the worst stay of our travels we are not happy and we've contactex corporate about the issue.

My vehicle was broken into while parked directly in front of hotel, as apparently were 5 others on same night!

The hotel was dated, not sure what kind of cleaning products they use however they do not smell good at all! It wasn’t all bad the beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was convenient.

We stay at the Comfort Inn when coming to visit family. Handy to evetything, good breakfast. Staff is friendly. Our room and common area very clean.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Breakfast room was small, crowded, and chaotic. But that's more to do with the other hotel guests being impolite than the hotel itself. We took our breakfast to eat at our room and all was fine.

Comfy bed, slept nice :) we needed location close to highway, so worked for us.
Breakfast was a bit less dreamy, little less variety vs what you are used to in Europe. I loved the pancake machine though :)

When on a 30 degree day you have to turn off the air conditioner because nobody could sleep through its noise something is wrong. We asked for another room and the (very pleasant) staff person came to our room and regretfully advised that they were all pretty much that way. Not a comfortable inn.

The cleaning staff came in each day but only made one of the two beds used every day- always the same one….
Breakfast- eggs were always rubbery and off
They have latte/coffee machine out front but you must pay for it (I have been to many other hotels recently and this is a free option)

They accept KOHO Mastercard! We booked at Vedder river inn and they refused our Mastercard. Thank you comfort inn for helping us get 3 rooms for 8 kids and 3 adults! We had fun!

The assistant manager is a very rude individual shows no class of any shape or form, we had to do not disturb sign on our door and she decided to bang on the door and enter the room anyhow not cool she also accused us of smoking in the room well I do admit that I was smoking pot in my car which is legal but she said that we had it in the room which was false she could smell the tin and they refused to give us the corporate phone number or address or email

I booked a room online for pet friendly. I show up at the hotel to be told that they don’t have a room for me as they do not have any pet friendly rooms available. I would not ever book here. And then after Expedia tried to get our money back and the hotel refused to send our money back. Expedia gave me a refund and dealt with the hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

We are returning customers (one night a year) for several years as the property is reasonably clean, central location, free hot breakfast, etc. This time, part of the A/C cover is missing, exposing a thick layer of dust over the A/C filter. We asked front desk if they can find a cover to put it back on, they said there is nothing they can do and many customers checked in the same room without any issues. We hesitated a bit and then we were offered to move to another room. We got the key and went checked out the room - the old-building odour was so strong we can't even stay longer than 30 seconds. We returned the key to the front desk and stayed in the original room - tried to ignore/not looking at the dust pile...

I requested a pet friendly and when I arrived the young lady requested proof for my ESA pet and then declined n didn’t honour it cause she not a guide dog.
Mental health n physical guide dogs are both service dogs.
Then she gave a list of rooms to look elsewhere for a room until she realized I was still booked with a pet room.
After traveling on a motorcycle all day this was extremely stressful.
The room was lovely and thank goodness!
Customer service was unexecusable - do your research before presenting wrong info!

My room was relatively clean expect one of our bath towels had a bunch of black hairs imbedded it in was really gross other than that our room was great, breakfast was great the lady working the brunch station was really on keeping everything stocked up was very efficient for how busy it was she did a great job :)
