Not the worst stay, but not great either. For starters, our original room had a poorly cleaned bathtub and the roof started leaking on the second day of our stay. We were accommodated and switched to a different room, but the room phone, AC and door to go out to the balcony were all not working. Lots of running back and forth from the room to the front desk to get stuff addressed and not much done. Didn’t bother to keep going back and forth to see if they had contacted someone to fix the issues because all they’d say is that they’d send someone and we had things planned throughout the day. Had the breakfast plan. Not great food either. Cleaning staff was hit or miss. Sometimes they’d leave us enough towels and other times they wouldn’t leave us any and we’d have to go find cleaning staff to let them know.

It’s a walk to the beach it’s not bad for the price there’s so much to see and many activities to do. Near.

Would not stay again, not close to town not a good choice of buffet, good place and price , just not around much, kind of bland

Only thing I did not like was the check in and check out process.

Good prices last minute. Booking was able to get my room immediately. !Thank you to the person that check us in at the Expedia. Check-in line.!! NO LIFEGUARD AT KIDS POOL!! VERY DIRTY, Extremely hot and no ice machines!!

Bathroom smelled like a sewer They need to replace toilet

This property is older more of a timeshare. Some of the properties knew some of the properties is old. If you stay in the new tower, the rooms are nice, but it is very loud and noisy in the hallways, but they are beautiful views, but this property is probably the best of values. It’s very price affordable.

This place was quite not very party vibes more like spa relaxing but their pools give me the ick. I didn’t see any filters or anything like that.

Food is absolutely nasty. Do not recommend this hotel.

Room was dirty without electricity and too awhile to provide staff was kind of unhelpful

Rooms are very clean and staff are friendly. However checking in and out are major problems with this Hotel you will wait 10-40 min in line with no other options. And the hotel will not let you leave without checking out and getting a ticket to leave so plan accordingly You will also be required to wear a wristband your entire stay. I feel like this hotel has no regard for your time, not up to American standards.

Mot what i expected about this hotel

No hot water at night or first thing in the morning when I complained and the guy showed up he was trying to tell us how to use the handle still had no hot water.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff on the hotel strip.

The room i got has the sink clogged and it would make a loud noise every time we would flush the toilet and took for ever for the noise to go away. The 1st time we stayed here it was perfect but this time we noticed how terrible the rooms were. They also forgot to clean the ceiling fan and had dust all over.

This place has lots of rude people , the room was not what we paid for and they said since we booked it with Expedia we got water ever was available

ocean view was incredible, nice resort with several pools breakfast restaurant, irish pub, restaurants and small shop easy to reach by walking guy at the reception was very friendly and professional

Very clean, geeat ocean view from balcony,quiet. More than happy with the value fornthe price. Just rented a room as we do not do all inclusives.
