My stay was excellent, the room was nice and clean I felt safe and comfortable.

Customer service was poor all I know is the Man and the woman who worked on Saturday and Sunday was not friendly, they never spoke to us, they never told us their names, or where the ice machine was. He only said do you have reservations and here is the wifi pw and your room is over therr.
For breakfast she never said hello, good morning or nothing, all the eggs had cheese, the cereal had nuts which I didn't know at the time and I do have a nut allergy. The food need labels for those who have a cheese and nut allergy and maybe make some eggs without cheese.

Had a very comfortable stay, room was clean and plenty space with various restaurants close by.

It was really bad place like a motel and we paid $185 dollars for one night but even it didn’t worth for that amount and also it’s not safe place the front door is on the street anyone can get in.

This is a good hotel located close to the Airport, close to several good dining options, and convenient to Santa Clara.

We went to a 49er game and needed a room for the night, other hotels that were walking distance to Levi Stadium were booked up. We saw this one online, it was a 10-minute drive to the Stadium, so we gave it a shot.
We got to the hotel, drove into the parking lot and we were pleasantly surprised, the place looked nice and clean and the girl at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The rooms have been updated and were nice, clean and quiet. We will be staying there next time we go to a game.

Clean. Bed was great to really luxurious. The hotel feels like a motel. It was a great value and very inexpensive.

You can see they work hard at the upkeep. There were a few places that needed work, but it was better than some I have seen. They need bigger parking spaces. You can get out of your car with out a wing and a prayer. The guy that checked us in was really nice.

Location was great. Went to Great America, 15 minutes drive. Jack in the box is a 3 minute walk from hotel. Simple continental breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly! 4 of us stayed in the room comfortably. The couch converts to full size bed! Would definitely stay again!

They display signs that say smoking is permitted and then charge $200 saying that the room smells like smoke when it was not smoked in.

The rooms were recently renovated. The laminate floors were a plus. Breakfast was surprisingly decent. However, it was very noisy, so it was hard to sleep.

After the desk worker greeted us with a terrible attitude when he surprised us with the highest security deposit I’ve ever seen, we were greeted in our room by an AC that didn’t work and hair in the shower. The couch was stained and at least one pillow was stained.

There is no elevator but the clerk changed me to a ground floor room. My room faces the parking lot but I felt safe and it was quiet even though the airport is near. Overall a nice one night stay, especially for the price. I would stay here again. Refrigerator and microwave in room

I was very happy with my stay! I went for a wedding and the location was perfect. The room was clean and very large. All of our needs were met. The place was quiet with no issues. The Continental breakfast had so much variety and we were very pleased. Would stay again if in the area.

What I like was the breakfast selection. The room was average, one of the room didn’t have a shower curtain. The beds are firm, standard pillows, parking is narrow. Not expecting much, almost feel like a motel 6 type of vibe. Lastly, didn’t spend time staying at the hotel, maybe quick affordable stay but probably won’t go back.

Great stay for the price, my upstairs neighbors were super loud ,drinking and been stupid from midnight till around 5:00 am, but I'm not going to blame the hotel for that, they can't control guest manners, other than that clean rooms, big tvs, cable, free breakfast, free parking I'll stay again

For the price and area, this is a great value. Rooms were recently remodeled, staff was very nice and accommodating. Enjoyed the free breakfast on their patio. Would definitely book again if in San Jose/Santa Clara.

This is more about hotel guests in general - you all realize there are other people in the world, right? Shouting back and forth at 5.45a from the 2nd floor balcony to the car BLASTING music below is disruptive, obnoxious and downright RUDE. Hotel walls are thin. Keep your voices down. Have some consideration.
This hotel is also all open, and did not feel terribly secure.

The room was larger than we expected. There were some small chips in the flooring. Service when we had a key not working was quick and efficient.
