The hotel smells of mold, the walls are pealing off. Roaches. Dog poop in the hallways.

No water one day and then no hot water another.

Our toilet didn't flush. It smelled like sewer and we called. 30 min later a maintenance guy came, used the plunger and left it for us - we had to use it every time and sleep in the smell. When I said something to the hostess, she discounted the price and apologized

Pool closed entire stay. Multiple missing parts to tubs and showers with nobody to repair it. Smelled like mold - BAD- And they basically have let the place go. While the only good thing about it was breakfast we won’t be doing that again. Honestly wish we would have canceled- got no sleep and left smelling like smoke and mold.

When I asked for a clean set of sheets, I was told to bring them to the front desk. Housekeeping claimed the sheets were not theirs. Then, stated the bug on my arm was a piece of fuzz. Will not stay there again.

It was horrible a baby cried next door all 5 days I stayed I couldn’t get any rest , they woke up fighting at 7am kids was playing on my door all night

Room was very well cleaned. Staff was friendly and met all needs. The outside amenities were amazing. Plenty of outdoor seating.

My family members almost got into a fight with one of the workers cause they kissed each other in the pool

Hotel is very run down. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls. Carpet is dirty, frayed and coming up in places. Rooms smell very stale. Hallway smells like weed. Staff was very friendly. The pool was in great shape, but there were people smoking weed.

The first room I was given had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running, TV didn’t work, and old food in the fridge. Rather than fix things, they gave me a different room, so got to pick up all my stuff and carry it up stairs. The second room was much better, but overall the room was dirty and didn’t smell good. Up and down the hallways I noticed several piles of dirty towels just sitting outside the rooms. Did housekeeping not come around that day? Also when I called to confirm my reservation and let them know I would be checking in late (about midnight) the girl literally said, “oh my gawd” under her breath, but obviously I heard her. I didn’t mean to make her actually have to do her job. Overall just very displeased at how well hotels.com pictures this hotel. The photos look nothing like it. Wish I had thought to take photos of the real thing, but I was just ready to get out of there and shower.

Room had an absolutely awful smell. Mold everywhere…including the curtains.

We were on the 4th floor and it looked like a dungeon when we got off the elevator and that floor had a food smell the whole time. Also the toilet ran off and on all night making it so hard to sleep. There were ants on the table where the coffee maker was. Pool was the nicest thing and that’s what we were there for during the day. Place just really needs some attention and maintenance

The room smelled & little stinky. The humidity didn’t seem to get pulled out of the room very well even though the room was cool. The bathroom had a large rust stain(s) but good water pressure. The second room we had didn’t smell but had terrible water pressure. The bed was comfortable though.

It smelled musty and moldy in the room. The room felt damp...when you laid in bed the pillows and covers felt damp, the carpet felt damp. It was so humid in the room and it made for uncomfortable sleeping.

The exterior of the property looked very nice and well maintained. The pool was gorgeous, and the outside sitting area was very nice. Unfortunately, the inside of the hotel did not mirror the outside. Inside was old, Dingy with stained, sticky carpets and musty mildew smell. Rooms were humid and everything was wet, the curtains were stained and smelled dirty and the pillows were flat and useless. The beds and linens were clean, and the bathroom was decent. The Faucets dripped and the water went from extremely cold to extremely hot at one point. The entire hotel smelled like weed inside through the hallways and there were several people just hanging out in the parking lot late at night. Most were sitting in their cars. The area was well lit in front of the hotel, however the main parking lot was inaccessible because of repaving, so we had to park around the back or in additional parking lots where there were several unsafe walking areas. The laundry facilities were broken and out of order and the Wifi did not work the entire trip.

It seems like most of the druggy stay at the property. I will never stay in Comfort inn again.

Not worth 120.00 per night. By picture there was a bar/restaurant but tit was closed for Good! This stay should be about 90 a night

My husband and I stayed here over night with two kids and two dogs. The front desk person was very friendly and check in went smooth. The hotel was good overall. The only issue we had was the bathroom. The water pressure was terrible and the tub took a while to drain. There was hair on some of the bath linens and what looked like mold on the ceiling and around the tub. And there was something smeared on the bathroom door. So pretty much our only issues were the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of the amenities or breakfast.
