Billed as a suite that could sleep 5-6, but the entry door is double wide smoked glass, so the room with the fold out bed was brightly illuminated all night from the hall lights. There was a weird sticky substance on the nightstand top and also on the front of the dresser. There were weird crumbs in one of the made beds.
The room was alleged to sleep 5 or 6 but there were only cups and coffee for 2, and no linens for the fold out in the room.
Room has an ADA bathroom, but with foldout bed open it is not be passable with a wheelchair, so hopefully not being booked as ADA room.
We were charged $40 for parking which we did not expect as it want mentioned at booking.
Probably won't do embassy suites again.
Staff was nice, lobby was nice. Breakfast was done. Room felt cruddy though bathroom was very clean.

I thought I had asked for two beds and we only had one. Valet parking was unavailable, the pool was out of commission and the free cocktail hour was so packed we didn’t utilize it. The brunch was good.

Well located and close to the subway. Area is safe, although it is a busy street nearby. Shuttle was helpful, although your bags will get tossed around.
The hotel breakfast was quite good, and the snack was an added bonus. We used both the gym and the pool and they were good as well. All things considered, it was a good stay, a little overpriced but we were content with the train ride downtown.

We could hear everything from the room next door. For some reason the closet had a vibration in it and the doors didn’t close. Sofa bed super uncomfortable. Breakfast and evening reception were nice. We were not told to keep our room key at checkout to get out of parking ramp and had to pay to park twice

Elevators were slow and noisy like they were struggling to operate. At one point the Elevator door partially closed and we had to pull the doors open and get out. I couldn't tell if the bathroom floor was stained or dirty. Either way it was gross.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. I didn't like the fact that the building as a whole is quite old and is saturated with a smell. This is especially noticeable in the room. The towel I wanted to use had women's hair on it and I had to ask for a replacement. When I went down from the second floor to the first floor by stairs the carpet was terribly dirty and stained.

I liked the hotel for my stay. The workout area was not what I expected. There were only two.treadmills and one was broke. The desk personnel did not inform me of the free shuttle to shopping and other dining. Also on my last day, one of the cleaning staff was entering my room. She did not have any cleaning supplies or a cart. I was behind her and asked why she was entering my room. I did not feel safe at that time. Otherwise, I'm was pleased.

Dirty carpet, dirty bathroom, broken fridge. Called for more pillows no one ever came with them. Called for luggage cart. Had to go hunt one down by myself. The airport shuttle driver was the rudest man I’ve ever met. Ripped my bag out of my hands and told me to hurry up.

We had a high corner room and enjoyed watching planes coming into the airport. The accommodations were clean though a bit dated, and service was great!

My stay here was a nightmare!
The toilet made noises all night long, the first morning it overflowed! The carpet got soaked and I requested to be moved. I was told they were at full capacity, so my entire stay I had to deal with a soaked carpet and smelly room.

We checked in after 5pm, whoever( didn't get their names) checked us in was not so welcoming at all, first he has a stern face, we're supposed to get 2 bottles of water didn't give it us, the following night it was him again, we asked for water and said 3.99 didn't even explain to us that we are only allowed 2 bottles of water once during our 2 days stay. The second night I asked for refill of the hair conditioner, no one came, good thing I always bring my own just in case.

There was a used bar soap on bathroom, toilet seat was loose. No tissue box in tissue box just open tissue.They gave someone else a key to our room and walked in on my husband luckily he was in there but what if he wasn’t someone could have stolen our stuff. How do you give someone the same room key that is being used extremely upset.
