Wonderful staff, cozy room.

Perfect location, great staff with clean rooms, its what you need! Oh and the rooftop pool was great too!

This was my first time staying at Leslie Hotel and I will say they are Excellent! The rooms are very spacious and the front desk staff was very Nice. They made me feel welcome to be there. I will visit again.

I enjoyed my stay and the customer service was excellent!

I love everything about this hotel and the staff were great the only complaint was I seen a huge roach in shower other then that excellent

I stayed this property 2 yrs ago for honeymoon and was given room 312. the ac was not working so i was switched to the other suite and it was fine. fast forward and on this stay i was given room 312 again and how is it the ac was not working again in the suite and this time they had the other suite booked and the only other room available was on the first floor with an awful view of brick wall and ac system, the room was not what i requested or close to the accommodation as the suite i had booked so was very unhappy celebrating my anniversary and the ac was only able to lower to 70 temp which was not suitable.

Great location- across from park easy walk to the beach. Hotel has chairs and umbrellas. Roof top pool is relaxing. Very easy to walk up and down the strip. City has good control measures for the car traffic. Food was good at the hotel. Drinks were average- they need to work on the drink service. Very friendly staff. Can’t go wrong with this selection for South Beach

The staff were Amazing, specially Josuee and the life guard which I can remember his name. Everyone was great and I’m great full for that

The staff at the Leslie hotel were amazing and very helpful! We really enjoyed staying at the hotel! The team at the front desk helped us find great restaurants and things to do in the area. The hotel was very clean as well.

Everything was Excellent during our stay. Only thing I didn’t like was that there was no drink service up at the roof top pool. Had to go downstairs to the restaurant to order them we were told. Attendant at roof top was just on his phone the whole time without attending to pool guests.

The pool had no music or bar. Lacked atmosphere and a good vibe

Excellent location, excellent staff and restaurant is a plus with great food choices and average prices and food is good. Will definitely be back.

The check in process was lovely but two big things: 1. The maids make a ton of noise in the morning, very loud doors slamming constantly. You can’t sleep in 2. They confirmed late check out with us and then when the time came they kicked us out at normal checkout and refused to honor the late check out time that was confirmed the day prior causing a ton of stress

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Leslie Miami Beach, specifically in room 101. Despite paying a substantial amount of $368 plus an additional $50 in fees, our experience was far from the standard expected for this amount. One of the most disruptive issues was the location of our room, which is situated alarmingly close to a hall entrance door. The door created a loud, disturbing noise every time it was opened and closed, resembling the sound of someone forcefully entering our room. This recurrent noise severely impacted our ability to rest and feel secure. Additionally, the noise insulation appears to be insufficient, as we could hear every movement from the upstairs neighbors. It was so pronounced that it felt as though they were in the same room with us, further detracting from our peace and relaxation. Considering the premium price paid for a supposedly comfortable environment, these issues are unacceptable. I trust you agree that guests expect and deserve a stay free from such nuisances, especially when paying top dollar for accommodations. I would appreciate a response explaining how you intend to remedy this situation for us and future guests.

Lovely boutique hotel right on Ocean Drive. Food and service were outstanding! Reasonably priced. Parking garage around the corner on 13th. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms too small. No space for luggage

The smell in the lobby, halls and especially the elevator was foul.

One of the room windows was facing the hotel 2 meters away, the other small one was facing the parking lot (it was said that this is generally the case, the suites are facing the road). The lady at the reception explained the rules at length during check-in (we said enough, she didn't listen). There is no water in the room. They said you can get it from Fitness. We asked for half an hour flexibility for checkout, but it was not accepted. Breakfast is reasonable for the price. IN SUMMARY, THE PRICE WAS HIGH ACCORDING TO THESE FEATURES.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and waitress was excellent. Very hard time finding parking, however.
