Bed comforter had holes in it, other bed comforter had stains, hair in bathroom sink and a dirty bathtub. Would not use phone as it was gross!!!! Never again

We love this location. Staff are great, bonus to have a free breakfast. The beds are super comfortable. When travelling to Alberta this is our go to place for a good nights rest

Room was quite clean and perfect for my stay. My only downvote is that there were four of us checked in the room and we only had two towels. I received a check in text asking if there was anything I needed and I asked for more towels and they were never delivered.

It is a very nice hotel to stay when you're travelling through or just staying for a weekend! It is an affordable option with all the basics you need.

I had requested connecting rooms, the man working at the front desk seemed very new and unsure, the woman he asked was more concerned about putting on her perfume and eating a banana and replied "no more rooms." I checked online afterwards and there were multiple rooms available, unsure if they were connecting or not, just that she couldn't be bothered, bothered me. The room was decently clean but the coffee maker was not, and one of the towels had black hand prints on it. Ive stayed here multiple other times, but never been this disappointed before. We were going to stay 2 more nights but went elsewhere instead.

We have stayed at this location a number of times and likely will again. However on this occasion, the breakfast was sub-par with both the pancake and waffle machine either inoperable or out of batter. In addition, the bread for toast was low and not replenished.

This is one of my favorite hotels. The beds are always comfy, its clean, quiet, and staff are wonderful.

We stayed in a suite, which had a pull out bed. No extra linens were provided. The pillows on the bed were so tiny, like a square couch cushion. The place was dated, with dings, and dirt in corners. The bed sheets were put on inside out. It wasn’t worth the $170 we paid. Overall if I could get a cheap room, for an over nighter this would do.

Hair in bathtub, black dirt in rails of window, lamps were dirty, taps and sink were grimy, room was not prepared for us as it was very hot and air conditioning was not on..
However , the staff was excellent helpful , kind and courteous, the beds were excellent and the morning breakfast was good as well..

We were in town for surgery for our service dog. No issues with having a service animal or extra charges like other hotels in Saskatoon do. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful which is always a plus. Even when our room temperature was subpar, the staff did what she could to accommodate & improve things. In the end we had a pleasant stay.
Some eggs or sausage for the breakfast would be nice but what they did provide was good.

We enjoyed our stay over 4 days. The staff were very professional and kind. The breakfast was very good. There was coffee and juices available all day. We were close to the airport and roads that went to shopping areas. It was a family atmosphere at breakfast . It is not a new building but is very clean , comfortable and affordable. We slept well and it was quiet at night. Shampoo, hand cream and soap was provided. Lots of hot water for showers. Just an overall good experience.

Our stay was good. Property was in decent condition but strong odors (in part from new carpet installation in hallways). First impression was not great as the odor spray used in the room was so strong we had to open the windows to clear it out so initially was thinking I'd made a bad expedia decision (that was after getting a new room due to a bad odor that they were trying to clear out with spray and exhaust fan in first room we walked in to), but once it cleared out the strong spray odor in the room we ended up in, the room met our needs for the weekend. Breakfast is continental plus walfles. Staff was friendly and helpful. Basic accomodation at low end of average rate that met our need. Would probably book and stay there again.
