Human feces found in bathtub. Room was not vacuumed there was still change on the floor. Food on the floor throughout the room. Bathroom door would not close due to being broke. Spiders running around in the bathroom.

Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was not welcoming at all. She seemed disinterested and made the check-in process feel cold and uninviting. We were given a wheelchair-accessible room, which was quite unusual in its layout. There was no basin inside the bathroom; instead, it was oddly placed in the hallway of the room. I have never stayed in a room like this before, and it felt really inconvenient and strange. The biggest issue was with the room’s condition. The carpet was soaking wet, as if it had been washed but not properly dried. Our socks were instantly getting soaked, and we had to wear sandals just to walk around the room. To make matters worse, when we entered the bathroom, it reeked of urine. The smell was overpowering and made the bathroom unusable until we addressed it ourselves, as already mentioned, the authority did not seem to be helpful. This was completely unacceptable and added to the overall discomfort of our stay. Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others. Basic cleanliness and room conditions were not met, and the customer service was lacking as well.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's close to the freeway (but without noise) and within a mile or two of a variety of shopping and dining. It'd be a 5-star rating if breakfast were offered. I would definitely stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our bed wasn’t completely made. It looks like the bedding wasn’t changed. The sheets had holes. The white sheets and pillows were a yellowish color. The towels had holes in them too. My garage rags are in better shape. Everything smells like smoke. The shower head had so much gunk on it, the water wouldn’t flow out of it. Forget about taking a tub bath too, there is no stopper. I really think this place should be condemned. Shame on Expedia for even listing this place. I took pictures too, to prove, I’m not making this stuff up. The lady at the front desk is a real peach too. Never again.

My wife is handicapped so they were able to accommodate her and put her on the first floor Good neighborhood not far from good restaurants

This hotel has some serious electrical issues. Power shut off as my kids turned on the lights. Called the staff to inspect the room as I wanted my $100 cash deposit returned the next day. He reset the power and the t.v caught fire! Sparks and smoke came out of the back. Whole room smelled like burnt electrical. No other rooms available I was told. I told him I wasn’t paying for that. Good thing he saw it…. It was very late and decided to stay. Had to keep the window open all night to air the place out. Didn’t sleep as I was on fire watch. The sheets looked as they were reused from the previous stay. Covered in hair and stains. Usually don’t do the reviews but this was completely unacceptable. Nothing was offered for the troubles. Not even an apology. If you need a last minute stay. There is a rest stop a few minutes on the highway. Stay in your car and use the facilities there.

Great hotel!! Stay here every year. Very clean, good area, desk clerk is very helpful.

Would not stay here again! Supposed to be non-smoking - signs everywhere but the entire hotel reaked like cigarettes and pot. Expedia says breakfast included but apparently they haven’t served breakfast in 8 yéars. Even the free coffee was unavailable. Bathroom door knob was falling off and door dragged on the floor so it was difficult to open and close. Very unhappy

It was good for the price. Well lighted area. But after 9pm there were some suspicious people roaming around.

Great hotel, clean and in good area

It starts with walking in the door about 330 pm and having to use a phone to call someone to come and check you in. Im positive I got the guy out of bed by the way he looked. The room looked put together but needs a good deep clean. I never took my shoes off till i went to bed. The bed was nice and it was quiet. You get what you pay for.

There was a spider silk and a bug in the room. The customer service did not move me to another cleaner room. I asked them to move me to another room with no success.

They tried charging me for something not even in the guidelines when I brought it the the front desk attention and asked for all copies. I was then given my full deposit a little suspicious
