All good but breakfast buffet was relatively too simple.

The hotel was quiet and very centrally located. Did not eat at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet seemed well stocked. The bar area is cozy. The bed was very comfortable! Would stay here again.

Staff were incredible here, loved our stay. We actually had a minor hiccup that was beyond their control during our stay, yet they handled it really really well. Staff are excellent here.

We had to book a quick overnight room because our travel to Switzerland was cut short
It was great here and the service was awesome
My only issue is the checkout was at 12 noon but our keycard stopped working at 1130am
I asked the person in the front to make the adjustment and they quickly update the keycard and let us back into the room, apart from that everything was fine

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was also excellent for dinner and breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the palace and gardens.

We requested a room where the toilet was in the same room as shower and were given a handicapped room. We didn’t like a separated toilet from the bath.
Parking was a challenge, behind the hotel then needed to climb up 1 story of stairs with your suitcases, no elevator.
Walking to Versailles palace still about 30-45 min.

One of our best hotel stays ever! The staff was amazing, very nice and helpful; the bartender was a delight, food was great at the hotel restaurant! Underground parkade made the stress of parking in France melt away. Rooms were clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Great location not too far from the palace and easily accessible. Very eco-friendly and the rooms have a very charming peaceful decor with a soothing vibe. One of my favorites for visiting Versailles!

Clean and comfortable. Perfect location to visit Versailles. Reception very helpful. Parked in hotel’s underground car park - additional 15E per night. Didn’t stay for breakfast- 18.50 per person seemed a lot.

This is a convenient location to Chateau De Versailles. Easily walkable to the château if you’re healthy. There was some loud noises in the mornings from above us we stayed in room 212. Also, we needed reservations for the restaurant for dining. A lot of places locally were closed due to school vacation so after a long day out we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant only to be turned away and told we needed to return later since we didn’t have a reservation. Parking is strange to enter and exit as you basically have to exit your vehicle to press the button to enter and then again to enter the code to exit. Overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend.

It's rare to find a hotel with rooms this size or a parking garage in or around Paris, so that's the big bonus of this location. It is in Versailles, however, so going into the city is either a train or car ride. I quite liked it, becuase I avoid driving in Paris if I can and just take the train to enter the city.

I have a problem with the comforter being too warm and wish there was a spare blanket I could have used instead. I ended up using two towels?!

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating as our dog needed some food put in the freezer, this was done without any issues. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Great location as it’s a short walk into the centre of Versailles and the palace. Only negative was that we found plastic in our food which the staff tried to explain as meat casings which it was not.

Perfect situation for visiting friends. Clean and modern facilities - very agreeable staff. The only thing I found annoying - having paid the full amount before the arrival date I don't understand why I had to hand over my credit card for the receptionist to make a not. All credit card details were online on payment. Credit card security is paramount owing to the scams around.

This hotel is 10 minutes from versaille palace. It is near many restaurants including bakeries. Emmanuel at the front desk made our stay very personalized by helping us through out our stay. He was able to find us a great room around 10 a.m. He continued to assist us through out our stay.

Very comfortable stay, room a good size with a walk-in shower. About 20/25 minutes walk to Chateau Versailles. We ate in the restaurant for convenience, the menu was a little restricted but the food was fine. Staff all very polite and helpful. We parked in the underground car park for security. There are only about 30 carpark spaces which cannot be reserved so best to arrive as early as possible if you want a space. There was a fridge, kettle and tea tray, which was good to find. Overall we had a really nice two night stay.

A hotel in good condition, quality and cleaniliness is what you expect given the room rate. The hotel is walking distance from Versailles castle, maybe 2 km down the road.

The hotel was a decent Novotel with free on street parking. Everything was a good standard (as expected), and we parked on the street outside. However, the staff were excellent. We needed to get a vet to sign our pet passport and the receptionist was very helpful and got us an appointment at the animal hospital down the road. It's a 25 min walk (or get the bus to shorten that by 15 mins) to the Palace of Versailles. There are shops within 2-3 mins walk and a few restaurants a bit further away.
