We are delighted there is a pleasant hotel in minutes from our daughter’s new home. Service and room conditions were quite good. We would have preferred to brew our coffee, rather than use the nespresso machine.

The hotel was nice. Staff were friendly. Some minor repair issues such as bathroom locks and the carpet is old and the bathrooms need an upgrade.

Overall, it was great. 4-stars because they were doing fire alarm maintenance our last morning without giving folks a heads up about it. It made sleeping in impossible. For the pet friendly rooms, they should add a trash receptacle outside for dog poop.

Poco Suites was central to a number of activities that I attended. Convenient location to use the Sky Train.

Pictures are very different than the actual room. Our room was dated and smelly. My wife said it smelled like cigarettes but for me it was just old smell. We also found hair everywhere. The bathroom faucet was the weirdest faucet we've ever seen, and not in a good way since it splashed water everywhere like a fountain.

Hotel's showing its age. Location wise, however, it was exactly what I wanted.

A/c did not work and shower curtain /shower rod was broken. Was not impressed $400 a night and with no a/c and when having a shower the curtain wouldn't wouldnt stay.

Restaurant on the corner is very good so it’s in the same property … saves going anywhere in traffic … lounge is quiet and comfortable … overall it works well so would I stay again ? Yes …

Excellent customer service. Very attentive staff. The room is elegant, spacious, clean. I was surprised to see water bottles, slippers, a comb, etc. An excellent touch for a perfect stay.
Overall this hotel is a pleasant surprise. I will definitely stay again when I travel to this area.

The tap in bathroom sink had scum around it i took 15mins scrubbing with toothbrush and it was still stained.
Did not use cleaning everyday but the days i did use, cups and glasses were not replaced no coffee was left. Coffee maker was filthy. Bought water at walmart and purged it
Until it ran clear. Used whole 4 litre bottle.
I stayed here 2 years ago and was very pleased with service. Was disappointing this visit.

I found a small hair on the towel in the bathroom when we first entered the room. I doubt the towels hadn’t been changed.

Very difficult to drive into … even Google was confused. This is not a senior adult friendly place. We had trouble with key card every entry, the bathroom was pretty but fixtures were not easy to use, the only coffee available is an expresso unit in each room that has horrible directions, and the floor lamp in our room was a mystery how to turn off/on. It was an expensive lesson to learn. Next time we will go to a familiar hotel chain and ask for handicapped bathroom.

A good, functional room. Thought it would be loud facing Lougheed hwy, but it was fine. Front desk staff were very nice. Bathroom wasnt super clean. Parking for a full size pick up truck is limited. Nice that Tims is super close to get coffee. AC worked well.
