The manager In The morning is always pleasant. Its my go to hotel whenever I'm in town.

The shuttle was not operating, was the only reason l book, was for the shuttle to get to the airport. Was told to call a unber or a cab.

This hotel is disgusting. I can’t imagine anyone being okay with these conditions and say that in context of affordable hotels worldwide.

Very welcoming

Very nice and considerate people and very friendly and family oriented

Check in was quick, although could barley hear the guy through the glass. Room was on the second floor lots of trash piled up near trash cans. Room was visibly dirty and hot. AC unit was broken and made a loud noise every time it switched on. Window had smears and fingerprints all over. Floor did not look like it had been swept or mopped. Bathroom very gross and dingy. Complimentary shampoo looked used. Stained tub and towels. When washing hands stuff was floating up from drain. Bedsheets were full of stains, burn holes and hair. Looked and smelled as if they hadn’t been washed. Beds were very small, full size maybe. Pillows were very worn, to the point they were child sized. One pillow missing a pillowcase. Outlets were loose. Microwave door was broke and alarm clock did not work. Sticky stuff behind it . Smoke alarm had been removed from the wall was leaving a hole. This hotel is literally across the street from an airport, which was very loud, every 5 min throughout the whole night. Overall this was a terrible stay.

Hospitality

We didn't feel safe at this hotel. There was a lot of foot traffic and the rooms smelled.

Honestly the people that leave there have good southern hospitality

I check in the hotel ac did not work when I told front desk all he said was they was sold out and didn’t have any other rooms to exchange me to I had to check out the hotel and check in a hotel somewhere else. Not once did they offer my money back or a discount on the room

A reasonable price for the room and it was clean but the bed was even better.

Non smoking rooms with cigaretts smell. Sticky floors.

This hotel was filthy, old and outdated the door didn’t close properly I had to prop my bags against the door the toilet didn’t flush properly after I told the front desk they still didn’t come. The tub was so dirty they had an old tub may that clearly could not be cleaned. I will never ever stay at another Days Inn. And I think using Hotels.com to book rooms is becoming questionable because it’s no way your company should be advertising that hotel! And I called Hotels several times because I wanted a refund because I couldn’t stay in that room they kept putting me on hold and then coming back to the phone saying the system was down call back in a several hours. Hotels.com was disappointing and that Hotel was disgusting and should be shut down by OSHA!!!

This property left me with much to desire , I guess the saying goes you get what you pay for ... it just seems very seedy and full of homeless people on the property and nearby ... if one could afford $30 to $40 more to stay at another facility please do ... this is a re painted motel vibe

Comfortable cleaning room

Location is inconvenient, hard to find a shuttle and uber costs $17 each way. Deadbolt on the door is broken and feels unsafe in general. Strange people walking around.

Dirty sheets, floor, toilet, bath mat, night stand. Nothing was clean. The floor was sticky and with 1 wipe of a cloth, black!

Airplane noise

My room had an air conditioner that was leaking water inside. The door had about an inch gap on the bottom of it to let whatever weather through it needed to. The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke.

Parking located right at my door.

smelly rooms and dingy bathrooms, but the worse was the noisy parties around. you could definitely smell weed smokers all around.

Room was horrible , we slept on top of blanket because we were tired ...management walked into our room then thee next morning tried to enter while gf was in shower to clean the Ac .... amd again saying we hadnt paid to extend stay till 3 which we had ...upset we got our stuff out to catch shuttle i said let me look at sheets ..it was the biggest urine stains i ever seen ..never again ..and to top it off the pops in pop machine were hot
