This hotel is super clean and comfy. The staff are VERY helpful and kind.

Didn’t realize these rooms are motel style with exterior entrances which made me feel very uncomfortable with the safety of my room. Partially my fault for not looking at the properly photos more closely. Room was tucked away in a hidden hallway that was difficult to find and it smelled like mildew. No blow dryer. Bed was comfortable. Would not stay here again considering it was $170 for one night.

In town just one night for a class reunion. Was worried about Franklin Blvd traffic noise when we arrived, but it was not an issue at all. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Our deck overlooked the Mill Race and park so it was a nice view. We are used to toilets that are much higher; their low one took some getting used to! But a good quad workout🏋️ Staff was pleasant. Good location close to campus and easy to get to other areas in the city fairly quickly.

It’s a Best Western. It is good for what you pay. Breakfast is pretty good, and it is a short walk to the stadium.

The beds were amazing! Great location, too. Rooms were clean and the pool was wonderful. The AC worked good. Pillows were good for all of us. It is an older hotel building but Best Western has done an excellent job of upgrading them. You park in front of your unit with an outside door.

Great location for walking to Autzen, convenient eating options, very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast delicious and hard working staff to keep food stocked.

Morning breakfast was decent. Small shower stall in room felt like I was on a cruise ship, it was so small and had to put bottles on the floor.

The property is located right across the street from the University. It was in walking distance of several restaurants. Breakfast was excellent every morning, though I prefer the waffle cookers to the automatic pancake machine.

Cable tv was not working properly. I was getting Roku tv not the cable channels. I called the desk to state the matter they were not very helpful to solve the issue. No worried I had to get up early for a flight anyway.

I loved how close it is to UO. The 24hour coffee/water available and the breakfast were great.

I only stayed 1 night out of 3. I had to switch hotels because of the smell in the room. Moldy and musty. I’m allergic to mold

Television didn't work. No hot water in shower. No soap for shower. Odd green light was on all night. Noisy.

Right on main road across from University. Nice rooms, stayed here many times over the years. Sheets slightly tough from bleach but bed over all comfortable. Nice size room. Like the two comfy chairs and table. Breakfast is on the better side of hotel breakfasts. Coffee is good too

Within walking distance of UO but you have to cross Franklin which is a busy street. Nice hotel and reasonable except for Family and Move-in Weekends. Seems typical for all hotels in Eugene on these weekends though.

Very convenient for access to UO campus, easy to get to and pretty quiet. Beds and pillows not the most comfortable, but it did the job for the one night I was there.

Really nice property and staff. Location is very closed to shopping, dining areas and overall we felt very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, breakfast was good as well as the indoor pool and gym

Cameron at the front desk was amazing! He went above and beyond for us and was the definition of customer service. The manager Marion? Was an absolute nightmare. My fiancé's parents had ants in their room that got all over food for a wedding we were in the area for and the manager wanted to move them at 11 pm. This escalated and the manager had her parents trespassed on the property without allowing them to have breakfast. The manager then asked if I was staying in room 137 and my response was no I'm in room 147. The manager then told my fiance I lied to her and said I told her I did not know them. That is not true. I answered the question I was asked. That manager then told my fiance her parents called 5 times during the night which is not true they called once or twice. The management does not have proper training in customer service or de-escalating. To try and hold us responsible for another rooms issue is completely uncalled for. Ants throughout their room is a justifiable complaint, especially when food for a wedding gets ruined because of the condition of the room. Homeless were allowed to breakfast with the guests. When i pay that much for a room I expect the condition of all the rooms to be the same. I also would like to have breakfast with my family without the smell and look of homeless getting into the food for guests while trying to enjoy my time with my family.

Limited parking in front of the room, have to park far away to the room. Shower head waterflow is very weak.

Outstanding customer service, clean and welcoming atmosphere. It was an easy walk to UO campus!
