The manager was extremely friendly and the room was unexpectedly clean and new. They have renovated and it was super nice. Thank you for the hospitality.

The toilet lid had poop and obviously they do not lift the toilet seat when cleaning because there was pee when you lift the cover. The staff who probably happens to be the owner was great however, I don’t think they handle customer information properly example photo below shows someone’s information. Where I am covering with my finger shows this individual’s last 4 of there card number. They wrote the internet password for me on the flip side meaning the using our checking/out paper for scrap paper instead of shredding your information. I am glad I paid cash. So please be careful this could have landed in a bad person’s hands.

Rooms were remodeled, clean, comfy. The owners (husband & wife) were amazing and so kind. Location was perfect to get to daughter’s dorm and quick to town. Definitely would stay again. Thank you for a great stay!!

Check in was fine. Room had been updated but I’ve never stayed where they had a folding chair for the desk area. No comforter for the bed either. Bonus, was the hair in the bathroom tub and floor. No, I didn’t complain about because I was exhausted. Needed sleep so never even slept under the sheets for $185 a night. Won’t be back for my IU trips.

The reception lobby is not looking very inviting but staff is friendly. Hotel looks bit sketchy from the outside but room is clean. Good value for the price

The room was clean but very basic. Not even Kleenex tissues available. The staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had.

It was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. There was a terrible stench when I walked in the room, one of the beds had a semen stain, I found a brown recluse spider in the tub, and later I found leftover food in the microwave from a previous guest that had rotted. I left after one night.

It was a cheaply priced hotel. For the price, it was clean, we got what we paid for, the staff was polite and professional.

The property rooms was recently updated. Tastefully done. The property needs tlc outside (parking and exterior building). Beds were very comfortable.

We stayed here during IU’s graduation due to other hotels being $700-800 a night, and would definitely stay here again. I am a diamond member with Marriott but due to price and location chose here. The facility was clean and newly renovated and the staff was very friendly. Walkable to the stadium and a short Uber if we needed it.

Room was clean and newly furnished. Rooms were bare bones but good for an overnight where you just need a clean bed to sleep in.

I didn’t stay. I was too scared. The door didn’t shut tightly.

Recent updates to the property were excellent! Parking needs updated. Convenient location near University. Beds need new mattresses.

MUCH nicer than expected. Our room was not only spotless, everything in it was brand new - furniture, floors, bathroom tiles etc. Very glad we choose this hotel. Great staff and location too.

This is a no frills hotel on a busy road. It's also an older property with smaller rooms. That said, the room was clean, turn down service was respectful, and the neighbors were quiet even when street traffic was not. My GF didn't find the bed comfortable, but I did.

It was a great place to crash for one night. It wasn’t anything fancy but it did the job. It had fridge with a small freezer and a microwave which was nice. The staff I interacted with were very friendly.

The gentleman at the front desk was great. The room was not comfortable and upon looking closely it was dirty. The bed was horrible. The maid was rude. And please out a coffee maker in the room.

Don’t let the outside fool you. Building and lobby are not impressive BUT staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was newly redone and very clean. Room was cleaned daily which was nice

For a place that just under went a renovation, you would think they would be more careful and about having rooms with stained bedding. Not what I want to see upon arrival. Thankfully I only needed 1 bed. It's as bare bones as you can get. No in room coffee service, you need to go to the reception and hope they made some, then use that nasty powered creamer. There's nothing but plastic cups in the rooms, oh and 2 shampoo's, no conditioner. All around a depressing place to stay. I was surprised to see that housekeeping entered my room even though it didn't need anything and I was only staying 2 nights. Kind of creeped me out. How about using housekeeping just upon vacating and spend more on things in the room? For $100 a night, I deserved better. At least just add a few extra's for busy weekends when the hotels can raise their rates.

The parking lot was clean but hadn't been resurfaced or redone in a while. However, the room was comfortable and properly maintained. The bathroom had relatively new shower head.

Customer service is great, and they are very friendly. I don't like how housekeeping knocks everyday if your not checking out. I understand cleaning if it's dirty, but I sweep everyday, clean toilet and sink and trash everyday. I think 2-3 days would be sufficient. Other than that awesome

The room was atrocious and unsanitary. A USED condom was in the trash, stained sheets and a rude manager. When I presented pictures of these items & a request for a refund he laid the fault on me. He said I should’ve asked for a room change at 10:45pm after being stuck for 5 hours in a snowstorm at standstill traffic. If I could post pictures I would. Nasty room and nasty manager! Don’t stay here!

The price was right. The management was responsive to needs. It is bare bones but comfortable.

Inside looks much better than the outside does. Moldy shower curtain. Friendly service- WILL chase after you and point you in the right direction if you go the wrong way toward your room :)
