Visited the island for 2 weeks and I had a wonderful time. Breathtaking beauty surrounds you anywhere you go and the people and very warm and welcoming. I will be back again soon.

Fantastic pools and feet helpful staff. We checked in early and then also stayed on after check out and used the pool and bar, due to an evening flight home. We were made to feel welcome even after check out.

Wonderful overall. My only complaint was that the air conditioner in my room was not cooling as it should’ve. I immediately alerted the front desk and they did NOTHING

It was good, but they dont have businnes room. Couple years ago they used to have a business room where I can continue working while I waited for my flight.

The solitary picture I attached to this review is of the line. It took over an hour to check in. About halfway through the General Manager (GM) mobilized the distribution of water and juice. They had enough seating for less than half the persons waiting, so we stood for the entire hour. I did not receive any GOLD hotels.com member perks. The room was as advertised. Between 4 PM check in day and 2 PM the following day I had to reprogram keys, call maintenance, and get assistance from housekeeping no less than 8 times because we were unable to access our room. Additionally the AC was not cold. Saturday the 14th we were moved to another room. Same general layout but this time with working keycard access and AC. The general demeanor by staff at the front desk was "this is someone else's problem" and that would explain why I had to get angry and ask to speak to the manager for them to change the rooms. I still spoke with him after the fact to explain my displeasure. It was just the icing on the cake when my purse was stolen from my beach bag at the pool on Sunday the 15th. I made an incident report the same night and at checkout on the 16th nothing had been done. No security camera review, no call nothing. Today Sept 18 i went to the property to follow up and was informed, three days after the event that there are no cameras by the pool even though on checkout day, I was told the GM was reviewing the camera footage and would get back to me 'shortly'.

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson, however would have preferred a higher floor room. Given a room on the ground floor with children.
Ice machine was not working/available on the side of the hotel where my room was located. Had to walk to the other side of the hotel to use the only available/working ice machine serving the whole of the hotel. I got my steps in for sure.

My room has a few mosquitos probably from the door being left open during housekeeping. The WiFi didn’t work in my room at all but worked a few feet away in the restaurant. I also had to get maintenance to change the battery in my door after being locked out twice. Otherwise the staff were great as always.

This hotel is walking distance from the grocery, pharmacy, restaurant and shops. VERY safe! We really enjoyed beachfront and poolside food & beverage services by Akim.
Complimentary breakfast was amazing too... there was the American continental option and the island/Grenada style breakfast. Thanks to breakfast staff, Theresa, traceyann, Raheem, and linnel.
Our room had a breathtaking view, as we got a free upgrade and thanks to Nelly, AnnMarie, and Maria who double checked daily to ensure our room was cleaned to Radisson's standard by Verna and Shinnel (spelling might be wrong).
We enjoyed our week-long trip so much that we extended our vacation another 4 days.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel. It has a beautiful pool. The beach access was easy. There was service on the beach. The breakfast was great. The landscaping was beautiful. The only negative was the air conditioner. It was loud and sounded like it was going to go out, but thankful for the A/C.

I had no wifi service connection in my room. I was not able to connect to any of my work devices. After communicating to their service reception desk about poor wifi connection, they never help me to rectify this problem.

The location is wonderful on Grand Anse beach. The service staff at breakfast, around the grounds, and with housecleaning were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were not as helpful. While the location was ideal, the rooms are a bit run-down and outdated. Kudos to the landscaping crew because the plants and flowers looked amazing!

Attended for a family reunion. I waa forced to purchase a second room for my young adult sons, diminishing the bonding opportunity i sought with rheir grandmother.
The reunion banquet had only 1 server who was sweating while serving. While the property is lo lovely, fhe management of this event was deployable.
We ran out of rolls, salad, soup, rice. Poor communication with kitchen staff.
If you are having an event, I would think twice before selecting this operation.

I reserved this resort for my wonderful parents, and they truly enjoyed their time there. The Caribbean breakfast option was particularly appealing to them. Overall, it was a beautiful experience for both of them.

Awesome family friendly resort that is close to many stores and restaurants. The staff is very attentive and helpful.
The cons are minor but my room did not include a full length mirror or a lamp (only ceiling fan light).

Akim (Resort Ambassador) Thank you for the Ping Pong match and updates on my clothes, Dylen Thank you for checking on my clothes, Kaelin continue to have that warm and friendly smile. Telisha Francis you were always so very warm and friendly, I love how you always asked me if everything was good and if I needed anything. There were quite a few at the Bar and Restaurant who always greeted me and asked if everything was okay. The Breakfast staff were also amazing. I just cannot remember everyone's name. To the ones who finally did my laundry "Stacey and crew" Thank you!!! Hello Mrs Copeland and the General Manager, Thank you both, for your hospitality. I look foward to visiting in the future.
