We were assigned a room, got the key went in, it was not cleaned. Back to the front desk. Got assigned another room. Went to pull out the pull out couch, no sheets for it. Back to front desk for sheets. My credit card got charged again, after paying for the room on May 30th (I have the receipt) they were going to look into it. Pool was great. Breakfast was great.

This is a very old motel with exterior access to the rooms. There was an elevator to the second and third floors. I book e a king room and not adjoining another room.
We were given a tiny two double bed room AND it adjoined the room next door. The beds were marginally comfortable. Would not stay here again and was a bit shocked that this was a Hampton!

When I reserve the room, it said rollaway beds were available. They were not when we got to the property, so my grandson had to sleep on the floor.

We are Hampton People...this particular location for over 15 years! BUT..8 pm checkin to a room that smelled on entering with a dehumidifier going..not a good sign! The carpet was all damp throughout! We were so tired couldn't try for another room! So disappointed! This location's rooms all need to be updated and gutted! The bedding is so nice but if the room is scummy who cares about the bedding on entering.

Not a typical Hampton Inn. Doors opened to outside. Noisy. Carpet was old and appeared dirty. Too many furnishings in room. Room had an odor. Front desk staff were friendly.

Not up to the usual standards of Hampton Inn.
Room was not cleaned entirely. There was clothing hanging up in the bathroom, not removed by house cleaning from the previous guest. Carpet was in dire need of cleaning or replacing. Amenities were worn and in need up an update. Over priced in need of complete cleaning and new furniture. Chair was soiled and should be replaced.

So super basic, very 1980's but priced well above what's it's worth.
It was loud at first but quiet later
Bathroom was way overdue for remodeling. Look at the photos I posted, judge it for yourself.
Room was sprayed with air freshener a lot(don't know why) maybe to overcome other odors?
Bathroom was either just cleaned (we checked in after 6pm) or used so much bleach!
I don't regret staying here but I regret paying almost $200/night although we booked ahead of time.

Very old hotel with outside walkways and entry like a Motel 6. My room was dingy and dated with worn-out carpet and fixtures. The highway noise was loud all night long. I had a better stay in the Red Roof next door on my last visit.

The paint was falling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Two much noise from the interstate.

We have always consider Hampton Inn to be an upscale brand hotel compared to others. This inn must have been bought cheap and rebranded without any upgrades. Felt like we were at Super 8 or EconoLodge. Staff was friendly. Not their fault.

Was more of a surprise begin it was the old fashion outside doors. Motel style! Not expected. Right next to the freeway, very loud. Don’t recall if mentioned in reservation information.
Apparently you’re going to demolish and rebuild starting in May.

It is unique to experience a bed that you roll to the center because of how old it is. I also noticed that the desk bowed to center. None of the amenities that I have been used to seeing at a Hampton were present at this location. Must do better.

Not up to Hampton Inn standards! Run1 down hotel converted. Not done well. The beds were not up to Hilton comfy beds. Disappointing stay!

Our first room had dead bugs and cockroaches on the carpets in the corners. But after asking for a second room, it was much better and cleaner. Was unsettling though.

I like cleanliness and breakfast. Did not like external doors; my guess remodeled Red Roof.

The hotel is older with the room access on the outside. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was descent for the price. We were on our way home and needed to rest for a while and didnt want to spend a lot of money. The bed and pillows were really small.

The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in …room 144 the springs were basically coming through the mattress. And the box spring was filthy and dirty (and you could physically see it, bc it wasn’t even covered properly)
The couch looked like it was 30 years old. Unless you are looking for an uncomfortable stay, please say away from this property

We reserved a king with pull out sofa, the rooms were not ready and we had to take a room with double beds, did not sleep good at all on the small uncomfortable bed
