Very nice hotel. Located outside of town, but close to highways. The room was quite large, very clean and comfortable. Very good lobby interior design. A pool and restaurant by the pool look very nice. Staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. Parking is available and free. Breakfast has buffet option and continental option. Both are very good.

The restaurant and bar are amazing. Great live music show at night and the best breakfast. A great find.

Perfect place to stay. And the there is Auchan nearby from 10 min walk. Convenient location

Hotel had been renovated since our last stay and looks great. Kids love the pool and the breakfast buffet was lovely. Room was very clean & comfortable.

We’ve stayed only one night though, experience was perfect! Room was spacious and clean and bar/restaurant made us feel visiting Jazz bar in exotic country. If I visit Arles/Avignon/ or near regions, I would stay it there again without any hesitations!

Air conditioning was not working. The room was very stuffy. Paper napkins were provided instead of tissues. Quite disappointed that this place is rated 4 star.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. They greeted us promptly and very easy check in. We required extended check out and they were very accommodating. Pool area was very clean and they had a nice entertainment gaming area .

Poor quality of bedding. Not advisable to stay here unless absolutely necessary. Bathroom tap water smelt of sewage. Had to brush teeth with bottled water...

Excellent breakfast with nice service

I booked the hotel with breakfast included. But when I checked out, the staff asked me to pay for the breakfast. Because they thought Expedia did not pay them enough. I had to argue them for more than 30 minutes to not paying breakfast. I almost missed train, and did not have enough time to fill in the rent car, which is other rip off.

Hotel is 15 minutes from main Avignon site seeing. Free easy parking and close to shopping centers and restaurants. Hotel staff was helpful. Breakfast was a good value.

Hotel is well located for drives to areas around Avignon but is not within Avignon city center. There is a commerce center nearby with food options, supermarkets and other necessities. Hotel is relatively clean but don't expect it to be spankingly clean (found hair in the toilet and a 'slow flowing' sink).

The hotel is a bit dated, but well maintained. The restaurant was very good, especially the breakfast. The pool and tennis courts were good.

We did a quick stop at this hotel for one night on our way to the Med. We selected this hotel because it is right off the highway, making it a super easy stop. Despite arriving very late, we were greeted by a very friendly staff who had gifts for the kids. Our room was large by Euro standards and the pull out couch was a real pullout and not something lying on the floor. Even with the couch pulled out, there was room to walk around. There was a minibar with two bottles of free water included. The breakfast was bustling the next morning but we decided not to stay and eat since we were I a hurry. (The breakfast was not included.) We did not use the pool or any other amenities. Looking back I wish we had stayed for breakfast and taken a quick dip in the pool.

Nice pool area with tennis court, table tennis and kids slide. Beware of the mosquitos at dusk though. The interior of the rooms looked a bit tired but they were comfortable and clean. There is a big shopping centre 50m down the road with a huge supermarket and places to eat. I would stay here again if I returned to the area.

After reading other reviews regarding this hotel, we were a little worried. For the price, the hotel is an excellent choice and a good base to explore the area. We stayed 4 nights (family of 4) and enjoyed it. Buffet breakfast is good, internet worked well and parking easy and secure. Definitely need a car for this hotel right on the freeway. Would definitely stay again if exploring Provence.

We were only here for the night, so we didn't get to experience the whole hotel, but what we did we enjoyed

Beds had very thin foam style mattresses on them which was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was plentiful but the dishes were not clean and scrambled eggs were cold. On the brighter side our dinner in the restaruant was very nice. Location not great.

The rooms were comfortable.. Europe is not known for great beds. We enjoyed the hotel and its' facilities. Good location to explore the area. Breakfast is not included and is pricey.. Suggest walk to the mall, next to the hotel and have a great breakfast for 5 euros at Flunch.. Enjoyed our stay. We were travelling with our 11 and 9 yr old.. Sofabed for them, but clean and convenient.

It is a nice hotel for vacation especially we drive and convenient to the surrounding sight seeing area. My friends appreciated a lot and the hotel cafe staffs are polite to customers of different nationalities. They provide service late in the evening which is helpful for traveling late return to hotel and can still take meal. We recommend to travelers.

Quite close to the town of Avignon if you have a car.

After we checked in we had to wait for two hours for our room to be ready.Smell of cleaning chemical was still in the room.Threadbare carpet, air conditioner didn't work well.So hot that the kids couldn't sleep for the first night.

You need a car to stay at this property. There were some constructions around the hotel, so our GPS system did not help as much, but the hotel sign is clearly visible, enabling us to navigate by sight. The hotel is secure, and a bit modest, but it is a 3-star hotel. Everything works, and is comfortable. We had a nice view of treetops and roof of an appt bldg, and the coloring reminded us that we are in France. The breakfast was adequate with all the basic food groups. Overall, it was nice.
