We were in Ft Myers to watch our son play baseball in the Roy Hobbs tournament. The Best Western was centrally located and right next to a Dairy Queen! It was a super stay, great room, the breakfast gal and the front desk employees were very nice.

During Hurricane Helene we had to evacuate Fort Myers Florida we had reservations at this hotel for two nights. One night before the hurricane I called to tell them that we needed to extend an evening because the hurricane hit shifted and was now coming later. When I called the front just girl told me that no they were closed those days. I said you could not possibly be we have reservations we have a hurricane coming and everybody sold out I have a husband with Alzheimer's and a 99 year old man with me along with myself and the caretaker of the 99-year-old. She said oh somebody was supposed to call you they'll be calling you tomorrow. That was the day of the hurricane. I will never ever ever even attempt to say this place again. When there is somebody's life in danger and we have been evacuated and I have an husband with Alzheimer's and a neighbor that's 99 years old with me and they close the place without telling us the day before. No phone call nothing if I hadn't have called them to extend I never would have known we would have shown up at the hotel with no place to stay in the middle of a hurricane. I would not recommend this place to anybody anytime ever!

The mattresses felt like rocks. The AC WAS HORRIBLE. The rooms were so hot. The ventilation was terrible We coughed in the room the whole time.

The location was convenient. I stayed there for work. To be franc I had a little hard time sleeping the first night … AC sound and pillow, I talked to the staff and a gentleman offered options for the AC. Having breakfast included was convenient as well.

First time staying in Ft. Myers. Loved this hotel. The bed was comfortable. It was close to the venues we were attending (Murder Mystery Dinner Train & Broadway Palms Theater).Tawanna was great checking us in. Breakfast was good and Soheir, the breakfast staff person was very friendly and helpful. The pool was refreshing. Will definitely come back.

People at check in were help full all the time. It looks a good place, Breakfast was good, the lady at breakfast was nice all the time. One thing I care a lot when I am staying in any hotel is the bed, I had to ask for a new pair of sheets cause they are not changing sheets mines were dirty when we check in, later the last day of my stay here I took a second room and sadly sheets were dirty again. I have to say that when this happens all the time , housekeeping supervisors needs to pay more attention to this point. Dirty sheets can cause you many diseases. You don't want to sleeps over the sweat of other people .

We stayed 5 nights. The room was not cleaned on the weekend nights. Skimpy on towels! We had 2 adults in the room, and had only three bath towels. We had to request additional towels. Linens on bed were clean, but in worn condition, and top sheet on one of the beds had a hole/tear.

I love this place. I come her once every month or two for work. And I’ve always had a wonderful experience. The manager in charge of breakfast “Soheir” is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She always greets every person that walk in. I will always choose to stay here when I’m in fort meyers

Everyone at this location was very professional, pleasant and made you feel welcome from the minute you reach up until check out time. The breakfast was very good as well. Will definitely be staying again.

Black mold all over the window sills. I have photos to prove. Paint peeling off walls in bathroom. Very uncomfortable mattress. Do not stay here. Carpet smelly as well.

It was a terrible experience, firstly they gave me the wrong room, secondly, in the middle of the night other people entered the room with the same reservation number, and thirdly, no manager ever arrived to respond or listen to the problems, in short, total disappointment I will never return to that place

This hotel was a great stay during my son’s football training. They have a washer and dryer, which made it easy to wash his uniforms and their gym has everything you need to get a good workout done.
