We were so appreciative of the shuttle service to and from the airport. Staff was kind and helpful.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located near a popular ice cream and mini golf center. My only concern was that the room smelled like second hand smoke upon our arrival and then at times during our stay. Smoking was allowed outside near the building, and the ventilation system may have carried smoke indoors.

Close to Concert venue and to i95 . Great location!

It’s not a bad stay. We slept well. Needs a little tlc. Rooms still have carpeting. No EV facilities but Irving close by has some.

The front desk ladies were very nice. They accommodated my early check in request, as well as my dog. Recommend 💯💯

The room smelled awful, so bad that my daughters were looking for the possible dead rodent that was rotting in our room.And one mattress was so worn you couldn't roll over because you literally had to try rolling up hill on the mattress. I woke up in pain each morning. Kids ran and yelled in the hallway multiple times in the evening and night. Someone took off the do not disturb sign and shoved it under my door. Mini fridge was not cold for our water. So we kept it in our own cooler. Pictures online were much better than the room we got. And the carpet had multiple areas of what we can only hope were bleach stains. The wall paper was peeling off the wall. Looked like water damage. We were too disgusted to take any pictures.

The room was spotless, spacious, odorless, just about everything perfect in every way. We’ll be staying here again for sure.

We traveled to Bangor for the Kenny Chesney concert, we were beyond excited to find out there would be a shuttle to and from the concert, this really made our night. Driver was amazing, friendly and funny, patient and kind. Rooms were nice, bed comfortable. We utilized the bar and breakfast services. Nice trip! Would stay again!

Flew into Bangor late and had made reservation so we didn’t have to do any night driving after a full day of travel. Very close to the airport and easy to find. This is an older hotel but was very clean and no funky smells. Staff have all been very polite and helpful.

Front desk Service was excellent. The reason I gave a lower rating was due to the awful stench of previous use of cigarettes in the room. Very stale noticeable smell to someone who does not nor has ever smoked.

I needed a couple garbage bags to pack my suitcases because the hurricane was coming and the back of my truck would have let water in behind the bed cover, front desk staff had no problem giving me them to ensure I did not have to go out. Enjoyed the restaurant (kids menu and great drinks) and went back for the live music, pool was great also. Would definitely stay again!

Little bit musty smelling but the window opened so that saved the day! We agree it’s worth the price it’s rented at!

Pleasantly surprised by this property. Very well maintained, super friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool and a decent restaurant, with nightly entertainment. I would definitely stay here again!

We stopped on our roadtrip home. Restaurant food and entertainment was excellent. Front desk was friendly. Our room had a bad odor and the carpet felt damp on our feet. Our phone didn’t work so we weren’t able to call front desk. The pool was fun for the kids. We only stayed for 24 hrs but I wouldn’t want to stay there any longer than that.

Do not go here. Desk clerk was rude did not explain how to enter the building. Just drive around to the side. Every door had do not enter sign on it under construction. Had to see desk clerk again on how to enter. When I left I could not even exit the door, thank his a person outside to let me out doors locked. Sketchy people all around outside looked like homeless people. Drunk people

My room smelled like cigarette smoke and the hall did, also.

My wife had been driving all day and welcomed a good nights sleep. The Check In Staff was friendly and informative. The Room was safe and secure. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We really enjoy being able to make a cup of coffee, before having to go out to face the world, and were a little disappointed that we'd need to go down the hall to retrieve one. Given the choice, we would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and engaging. We received a nice welcome when we arrived. They provided timely and convenient transportation to the airport and back when we requested it. The room was clean and comfortable. It was just what we needed before an early flight the next day.

I thought the place was a dump The only reason I stayed there was because this trip was spur of the moment and all the hotels in Bangor were sold out room smelled like old smoke I usually stay at the Residence or Hilton Garden

Decent room. Clean enough but unusual for a hotel to not have in room coffee, mini fridge or microwave. I have come to expect these as they're almost always available.

Property is run down. Staff called 3 1/2 hours after we checked out to tell us check out time had passed. We left at 8:00am.

This hotel is conveniently located; we stayed here to attend a concert at Maine Savings Amphitheater. It was an easy drive to and from the venue. The hotel is near a few basic chain restaurants and stores, though they are mostly fast food. Unfortunately, we found a bright and unusual goopy, waxy substance with a black hair in it on our bedding shortly after check-in. This was quite unsettling, especially given that I have never actually found anything during my routine bed-checks at hotels; but the front desk was kind and efficient in helping us to switch rooms, where the sheets were (thankfully) clean. However, I will say the incident decreased my confidence in the cleanliness of items/areas that are more difficult to examine/assess with the naked eye. The rooms are slightly musty and our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. There were stains on the chair in the room. The hallways are dim and a bit unwelcoming. Unfortunately the pool was not very warm either. I would only stay here again for the location and for a quick stay; not sure if the cheap cost is worth the sacrifices.
