Desk clerk was nice, but I wouldn’t stay again. Stains on bedspreads

Will not stay here again. Got a king room on second floor. Best part was we overlooked a lake. No elevator. Hot tub wasnt working. They had another king room but the door lock was busted. Our first room had empty tissue & no extra TP. The fridge didnt work & our toilet stopped working. We got moved to a double queen next door. Still no TP or PT in the second room, but we brought the extras we got from the front desk for the 1st room. Here the toilet & mini fridge worked but we saw a bug in the room & a cockroach. The doors didnt seal all the way (both rooms) so the bug could be from external. The queen room didnt have a bar lock. Breakfast was decent. Towel rack was falling out of the wall. The hotel needed work overall but for being a cheep hotel we were just glad it didnt have bed bugs. There was a resturant across the street. Nice place & recommended. Wife microwaved leftovers for breakfast. I had a bagel provided at the hotel.

This may have been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Dead roaches on the floor, everything was dirty, sheets had stains and the whole room had an awful smell. They need to close that place down, bulldoze it and start fresh. It was the absolute worst. Don’t stay here… this is your warning!

The hotel is very dated, door has gaps, 70’s wood furniture, microwave sitting on refrigerator. Old towels, hard bed, dirty floor and shower. Just a real dump. Zero amenities, Indians are doing a great job of zero maintenance and cleaning

If you love free rusty razor blades laying in the middle of the floor, shattered beds with moldy sheets, broken locks, filth and mildew covering, not only the tub and shower walls but the floor as well; then look no further the Quality Inn of Tifton off Exit 63A, 1104 Kings Road!!! It's a wealth of family fun! It's a race against the clock; can you fund all the razor blades and other drug paraphernalia left behind before your four year old does? Only time will tell! May the odds be ever in your favor.
Oh the highlight of the stay was the hot tub did not work, but the sweet employee will beat it incessantly with a hammer to try and make it come on. The hot tub will not come on, but that girl deserves a medal and a raise.

Staff was super friendly.They offered to change the pillows,toilet was dirty, floor was sticky, there were bed bugs,I booked 2 nights and had to leave next day as it was not safe to drive at night, money was not refunded.

This place is terrible. I wasnt aware that the hot tub area closes at a certain time. Then i had to pay a 50$ deposit because i had a florida id. On top off all of this they had no change of towels the next morning

The people walking around the property were sketchy and kinda creepy looking. The carpet was wet, the room smelled awful and the beds were even worse!!! Breakfast was a joke !!!!

Room wasn't clean. Sofa in the room was horribly stained. Will not stay there again or recommend this place. Clerk tried to give me a room on the side of the building where people lived. They had clothes hanging off of the rails etc. This was a horrible experience. This review was being nice to the establishment.

We checked in late around 10:30 pm after driving 4.5 hours. Got checked in and our room only had 1 towel! So we go back to the front desk only to be told that she didn't have access or keys to get anymore towels. I asked for a key to the empty room beside us so we could grab an additional towel....it also only had 1. Pool used to be open 24/7 but now closes at 11pm-the pool is the whole reason I usually book there! I won't book again.

This was the worst experience.
We were in a first floor room right by the ice machine there was a gap in the door and frame that was wide open to outside you could walk by and see in.

Poor girl working overnight was by herself as someone called in and was super swamped but yet still stayed polite hence the high staff rating rest was ok I've slept in better rooms but was good enough to catch a few hours of sleep to drive more

I did not stay. We sat in our car for ten minutes debating to even go into the room because of the shady surroundings. We walked into the room and walked out! Door was bent and did close correctly. The tub was filthy and had a used bar of soap in the drain. I could go on and on. I returned to the front desk and explained how upset I was with the room. I was told it had been more than 15 minutes and they couldn't issue. FULL refund. I collected my receipt and walked out!

This looks like a place where people live. Room was very dirty dusty. Parking lot had people fighting all night. I was scared to sleep.

I walked into the room and immediately noticed that there is food on the floor, crumbled up cookies, breadcrumbs, M&Ms. Then I pulled back the top blanket and there’s brown stains all over the sheets and pillowcase on the pillow. so I called the front desk and asked for another room and she said that one was not available so I asked if they could send somebody down to clean the room and she said she is the only person there so I asked if I could have fresh sheets and she said there were no fresh sheets available. I asked if I could have a refund she said yes but I had booked it through Expedia. I still had to pay the $30 fee that they marked the room up for when I went into the bathroom the bathtub was peeling. The walls were peeling the grout was black. The paint was coming off the walls , this was absolutely disgusting so we ended up leaving I took the $30 penalty and drove an hour away to get a different room

When we arrived there was an aggressive argument happening between hotel guests in the lobby and pool area. The police arrived but it still felt unsafe.
The rooms were crawling with German cockroaches. There was even 1 in the bed. The floor & surfaces felt greasy & dirty.
We would never stay here again.

We are headed to the Mouse House from Arkansas and stopped for a night in traveling. It was budget friendly and included breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Overall for the price, it was a decent stay. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to have a hot breakfast.
I was disappointed with only having 2 towels for our family of 5. There were a few birthday parties so towels were scarce. I asked if we could keep the plastic ice bucket. I asked as we had a sick kiddo and the young lady up front stated there was a charge. Wasn’t sure of it but could potentially keep our deposit. I gave it back QUICK. Staff were friendly and helpful otherwise.

There was a nice Lake behind the property. However the tank trap in the driveway required some negotiation to get around it. The mold in the bathroom was a nice touch.

The place needs a complete Reno,very old.The door to the outside didn’t shut properly,didn’t feel secure.All furniture is old,bed was very bouncy,no firmness.The floor of the bathtub had been chipping away and they did a shabby job painting over it..The bathroom sink didn’t have a plug nor did the tub.
As far as the continental breakfast,no juice,no decaf coffee,no yogurt or fresh fruit.
The entrance had a huge pothole as you attempt to drive up to the entrance of the building.
The only positive things were the person at front desk was nice and the room was passable for cleanliness.

The check in was great-friendly staff. Room was in disrepair. Cars parked in front of our door, with people just sitting in them.

The staff was very friendly, kind and respectful. Our newly remodeled room was very nice. Breakfast was a continental breakfast plus waffles. We would stay there again.
