Great stay! Nice place.

Basic, no frills, hotel room. Tiny bathroom. Only chair was a desk chair. Clean, relatively quiet. Plenty of easy parking. Had to unplug the mini-fridge because it was making a horrible, high-pitched whistling noise! No information in the room as to where the ice machine is, checkout time, etc. Had to wander the halls looking for the "ice" sign. No pencil/pen or pad of paper. Breakfast was enjoyable with decent variety. Staff was all very friendly.

The hallways in the hotel smelled awful (floor 2 specifically). Our room thermostat was set to heat on high and 80 degrees when we walked in. And the room smelled musty we had to spray room freshener into the vents. Shower pressure was non existant. Bed and pillows were comfortable and black out shade pretty much did its job. Doors all close very loudly so you hear ever single slam throughout the morning. Location is convenient to downtown Athens and room rate and parking was affordable, so we will probably have to stay again next time we visit. Hopefully some of the issues will be resolved by then.

First off, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was nice. They are pet friendly with a $50.00 cleaning fee. The only problem I had was getting blocked in because the end of the back parking lot is narrow. If someone doesn't pull all the way up to the parking curb it is difficult to exit. I had to jump the curb and risk damage to my tires to get out without hitting a car. To add insult to injury, I was charged $10.00 for parking.

Ok hotel, no frills. Needs a ran in the bathroom is small and got very steamy…some mildew on the ceiling as a result. Good water pressure though and beds were comfortable. Location looks a bit sketchy but plenty of parking and it was close to our daughter’s dorm, which is why we stayed here.

Loved the front desk, breakfast was fresh and varied, room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Only draw back is location. Neighborhood was quiet and not unsafe but walking to bars, restaurants, or UGA I would have preferred being closer or for the area store be better lit.
There is a parking fee that I was aware of only from reading reviews.

very clean our AC went out we called the front desk she came up to the 5th floor in 10mins changed the battery and it was back on and working.

Good however nowhere did it say charge for parking and when she asked for my card never told me- just charged me. Figured it was for incidentals but never told me not did it say anywhere. Also next to section 8 or city housing -sketchy people around

The staff, front desk, maids, breakfast staff, were all courteous and adept.
The shower pressure fantastic. But the floor in shower slick, and the drain sounded loud and gurgled. Still clean, and as I said nice pressure and temperature which overrode the other.
A choice in pillow would be nice, some hotels have such, I don’t like soft squishy pillows , I would have liked an option.
I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel and very clean. Room was excellent and breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. The area a( a block in any direction) directly around the hotel was questionable and run down however it was only about a block and then it was nice and the downtown area.

Expedia was not clear on their site that parking was $7 per night! And, the quality of the room was not comparable to other hotels charging lower rates. Torn carpet, no shelf or counter space in bathroom, and broken window shade that maintenance didn't respond to during our five night stay. No maid service during our stay. We had to empty our own trash, and seek out linen carts to get fresh towels. The breakfast in AM was good, and the hostess/cook was excellent. Hotel, in general, needs a "freshening up".

Great location to campus and downtown. Parking can be tight in the evenings, but we were able to find a spot. Very clean hotel and rooms. Polite and friendly staff.
