Needs the carpeting replaced

Upon arriving, the room patio door lock was broken and we were unable to open the door therefore, we had to be moved to another room. The front desk person was very attentive and quick in preparing this for us.
In the new room, the caulking needs to be replaced around the tub as it is unsightly. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and smelled very nice. The bed was comfortable. The amenities are perfect for an overnight stay (microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer).

Easy check in. Loved the patio door access to let our dogs in and out. Close to restaurants. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Our only complaint is that as a family we booked 2 rooms, and you would think that we would have had rooms together like other hotels put us

It needs to be updated. Hallways on 2nd floor, dark, only a light outside the rooms. Not enough tables and chairs for breakfast. Girl at desk rude and could barely speak English. Would not stay there again, especially for the price. $336 ,for what. We stayed are much nicer places along the way, for $100 less.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful, and the location was central to Edmundston and the surrounding communities. Our room was clean and spacious, our bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was more than adequate. However, our room was beside the main stairway, which caused a lot of noise when other guests approached the floor. The door to our room was difficult to close quietly, and the hallway smelled musty. Overall, I would rate this location 4.

This hotel is showing its age and needs a facelift. Staff are courteous though and rooms were clean but had a smell like masking old cigarette odour.

Lots of stains on curtains and sheets. The TV was blurry and way too big for this small room. The room was also smelly and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable; you could feel the spring on your back and it was very stiff.
