The only things that we didn't like was that there was no A/C and elevator. We were on the third floor and it was hot even with the windows open and mosquitos were a problem.

Decent room, good service. Building a but worn out. But it's quiet , and good for driving in with family

Booked 2 rooms which were not next to each other and a floor apart which was inconvenient.
Could hear clearly people in room next door which disturbed our sleep.
Refurbishment taking place which we were not aware of so no evening dinner. Luckily we ate out but no bar open on return.

Property was clean, staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The property is situated in an industrial estate and would be better suited for those that take a car on holiday. The mattresses were hard and we woke up with sore backs everyday.

It was a modern hotel and looked lovely. We didnt have the breakfast but it did look very nice. It has a seated patio area which we sat out in in the evening with a coffee.

The room was somewhat small for family of 4 but the sofa bed was more comfortable than expected.
I wish the hotel had a lift, as I went with my elderly mother.
The breakfast was lovely.

Friendly staff and clear Covid rules in place. Hotel was quiet for our 3 night stay. Room was cleaned each day (✓) but bed harder than I would have liked (X). Because of Covid, some of the room amenities had been removed (so no coffee!) but overall a better stay than expected

A ten minutes walk to the metro. Certainly appropriate as a bed stop for the Euro visit to the city. Prices put up for the period of this event for which the staff apologised! Very friendly and courteous staff who didn't laugh at our attempts to speak French! Merci

Great place to stay. Great breakfast. Very comfortable. The only downside was that there was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor with some heavy bags. This wasn't an issue because the staff offered to help carry our bags up, but this might be a hard place for someone that has trouble climbing stairs.

I chose this hotel because I'd left my booking rather late and needed to be able to get to the Grand Palais for a conference. The hotel is 10 mins' walk from the excellent Metro (Mairie de Mons station) and I could get to the Grand Palais in under 30 mins. I didn't have breakfast or any other meals at the hotel, so can't comment on those.

Cold, uncomfortable matress, 20 euros for breakfast... Room has no facilities such as cattle and no shampoo... Toilet paper was like sand paper.

When I booked the hotel for our MG car club 13 rooms,I said I needed to have a restaurant on site for our evening meal,when I arrived I was told that the restaurant was closed ,we all had to get a taxi in to town at a cost of 30 euro per car for the return trip,this did spoil our last evening together.

our stay was ruined by group of people whom kept the whole night (from 1.00 am till 6.00 am ) shouting from their room and from out side the rooms, knocking on the doors and the walls, so we were deprived from the sleep. There was no person from the managment to complain to at that time to stop that, we reported that to the receiption in the morning when they were available.
The reciptionicist are nice and helpful.

Excellent stay had at this hotel that is a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station into Lille and only 10 minutes by car to the Belgium border. We took in Brugge and Gent while staying here as well as Lille itself. The hotel is staffed by friendly and informative members of staff and the room, while functional, had a great bathroom (no worries about water pressure in the shower). Terrific value for money if you want to explore Belgium and Northern France on a budget.

Staff very helpful, spoke good English. Restaurant meals very good value-especially daily buffet + special but we were surprised that restaurant was not open on Friday night. Rooms clean but not all had coffee-making facilities. Free wifi was asset. We needed to remind staff at check-out that we had not had breakfast-seemingly automatically addded to bar bill.Overall very good basic two star accommodation.

My son & I stayed in this hotel for one night, we could not fault this hotel apart that it had no lift & the restaurant was closed on a friday evening, the bathroom was very modern, rooms very clean & bed comfortable, would still recommend this hotel.

C'est un petit hôtel sympa, calme et facile d'accés
Malheureusement le ménage dans notre chambre et les sanitaires laissait un peu à désirer.
Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner sur place car le prix est, pour un 2 étoiles, relativement élévé.
