Place is much nicer than I remembered (it was over 20 years ago) so we were glad about that. Check in was fine but seemed like several guys standing around doing nothing. But the guy who checked us in was good. We feel good about recommending your place to family in the future

We booked a king suite but the room smelled so badly we were moved into a smaller double bed room and paid the same price. In the new room we only received on coffee package to make a single cup of coffee that my wife and I had to share. Also plaster was peeling away from walls near ceiling.

We were only in town for one night. The room was clean and comfort and the staff was friendly. The only thing I would change is….the shower head was too low. My daughter and I are both tall and had to bend over to wash our hair.

I was extremely impressed with the gentleman named John that works at the front desk. He is always dressed very professional, is very polite and respectful to all the guests that come in and most importantly always has a smile on his face and you can tell that he absolutely loves his job, working at the hotel. I give him a 10 out of five stars!!! Good job, John! Keep up the good work! He definitely deserves an acknowledgment and recognition for this!!!

Checking into the hotel the large heavy automated doors closed on my husband as he was entering. Knocking him and his walker to the ground and flinging his glasses. Behind him was a large sign stating Safetly First. Although he was lucky enough to not get seriously hurt, we were never offered a refund on our room. We were told we had to go through our 3rd party hotel.com to seek compensation. Utimately the room get paid to the Days Inn so it should come from them. Lastly I had to call the manager on this 3 days later who did not seem concerned. She should have called us immediately to see if my husband was ok. Poor management.

Our stay has been great. Clean, good area nice people. Breakfast has waffle machine and fixings, The only protein you get are hard boiled eggs, but all in all the breakfast was good. Cereal, toast, Coffee and juice machines. The pool was heated, and the Jacuzzi was clean.

Front desk associate called Monday morning to tell us we needed to check out even though we scheduled to be there that night. When I explained, he was very surly about it, “well nobody told me” and his my up on me

The hotel was about what I expected for the area. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. Waffles, cereal ect. Two issues I had. I booked 2 rooms at the same time for ourselves and my daughter and her family. Both under the same credit card. They endedbup.putting us at different ends of the hallway. Thecreason they gavevus was they don't assign rooms until we arrive. It was just like the commercial where the hotel booked the kids rooms across the courtyard from their parents. The other issue was during our showers the temperature of water would change frequently. We stayed 3 nights. By day 2 we discovered when thevwater pressure would change to step out of the flow to see if was going to be hottter or colder. Just had to wait a minute or so until it changes back to the temperature you set. This would occur multiple times per shower.

Overall great choice. The water in the pool was very warm (not sire if it was the 100+ degree weather or that its heated but we enjoyed it). The workout room doesnt have any free weights but the treadmill did the job. It was a little odd that we returned to our room getting the shower rod replaced when it seems it coulve been done AFTER we checked out. Overall, great stay & great pricing. We will be coming back to this location when we travel again.

they have microwaves in rooms. im sure they dont clean them well, when we walked in the room smelled dank like a diety microwave. we had to sleep with the AC on and window open. we were so tired, checked in @10pm up at 7am too tired to complain.
electrical outlets spark when pluging in charger and some outlets the plugs hang and exposed prongs are exposed carefule if traveling with children. only stayed here due to appointment near by, next time im paying $50 more to stay at residence inn

Cody at the front desk, excellent; polite and very accommodating. Stayed 7 nights and when he was not working, some evenings the staff are not there at the desk and there is no bell to ring. Wait is long. Parking near the entrance of the building is an issue at night. If you park in the back of the building, the entrance is locked after 9pm and you have to walk to the front to enter. Breakfast staff are really nice and help you with food when it is crowded. I stay every year and noticed some rooms are renewed with new carpet/floor.

I’ve stayed here now about 4 times and always had a good experience convenient for me and very comfortable and clean staff is very welcoming area around hotel has good food facilities and Walmart is close by.

Old and outdated but the service was fantastic. We needed hot water but there was no kettle in the room. The front desk offered to get us a few cup from their employee’s water dispenser. Breakfast ladies was also very friendly to our kids. Overall, comfortable and clean.

We were visiting friends in the area and this was conveniently located close to them. The hotel is overall very clean. Nothing too fancy. The breakfast was okay, was hoping for some more protein options like scrambled eggs, egg sandwich, prepped hard-boiled eggs (they had them, but they had to be peeled). Bottled water at breakfast would have been nice as well.

Good affordable hotel to spend a week with the family. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Free breakfast is minimal and doesn't change but its much better than no breakfast at all. Not very good for public transportation- just one bus route near by but easy access if you have a car. A few restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a 2 star hotel. Like everything else in the US it’s overpriced. At best they should charge $75 a night but it’s twice that. The hotel is old but clean and mostly quiet. There is a mc Donald’s , Starbucks and Jack in the Box very close by you can walk to.

Great staff,great that it has all you could want with amenities, older hotel but great value with all you could want, nice breakfast. Carpets could use a good shampoo or replace (foot traffic visable in high use areas)

Room was comfortable and clean. We skipped on the free breakfast wasn’t much to it. Front desk service not very welcoming. Hotel is in a convenient location. Kids enjoyed pool and hot tub. Would stay again.
