Conveniently located; and set back from the street so it was very quiet. A short walk from the train station and to the city center. Clean room, and comfortable bed and pillows. We really enjoyed the garden in the evenings, to relax and have a drink. We will stay here again, next time we are in Offenburg.

It is an average hotel. Nice staff. Beds and pillows are not confortable. The second building of the hotel was at lower quality (rooms numbers starting with 4 and 5).

Disappointing. I expect an Ibis to be comfortable and well-designed - this was uncomfortable and poorly laid-out.

One night stop travelling to France. We enjoyed the close proximity to centre of town- five minute walk- and that we were just off the motorway. Desk staff very helpful and polite. Plenty of hand sanitizer around and masks worn by guests while moving around. Nice size room on ground floor.

Hotel have a lift we are no need to carry a heavy luggage to climb up the stairs! I can book two more days after stayed in hotel and be arranged at the same room even I through hotels.com to booked ! Staff are bravo whoever front desk or housekeeping, seemed I am at home! You have to try this hotel when you stay in Offenburg !

We booked a room with one double bed for two adults and one child, less then a year old. In the room we found two single bed and one extra foldable bed instead of a baby creed. Extra bed was totally useles, because little children like ours are not able to sleep on a separate adult bed without side bars. So, during all the night we had to catch our daugter from the gap between two single bads, wchich were continiously spreading separately. I wich the hotel will be more patient to the guests needs.

Great experience, my partner and I had our anniversary here and it was better than expected, staff was wonderful, well attentive, I didn't know how to get around and explore and to our surprise Doreen Helwich had researched, printed off, and explained what is close for attractions, best places to go to, recommendations and how to get there. 10/10.

Good basic hotel very convenient to the centre of Offenburg. We were able to store our bags while we explored. Staff gave us a few options for restaurants, and we enjoyed the one we chose. After we picked up the rental car they were happy for us to use the car park to collect our things.

The Lady Staff with Long Black pony tail that check us; is in need to go for a Seminar on A World of Welcome Hospitality course; she do not know how to welcome and receive a guest properly. The Housekeeper staff knows better to render greetings of a proper Good morning than the Staff on the Reception desk. The Kettle in the room is broken, they should check this before turning it to the next guest for occupancy , not the guest to discover it is defectiveThe Grouting tile in the toilette shower is moldy , they should make sure its is kept clean and tidy before the next guest use.

And the hotel was in a good location, a short walk from the train station and the center of town on a quiet street.
