I brought a fanily member to the airport we got there later than expected and the lady at the front desk was AMAZING! she was so kind and 100% made the whole trip so much less stressful!

Everything was good except the temperature of the room at night. I wasn’t able to adjust the thermostat to turn on the air conditioner.

We had an accessible room with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. Everything in the room was clean except the carpet in our room and the hallway were stained. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good but by the 4th day it would have been nice to have something new besides sausage and scrambled eggs. The waffles and other carbs were numerous and typical of hotel breakfasts. Coffee and juice were good plus nice assortment of fresh fruit and some yogurt. It's located right by I-70 which made getting places very convenient. The only 2 negatives were the stained carpets and irritatingly low water💧 pressure in the shower. I would stay there again.

Bought some oreos downstairs in the lobby area, for a bedtime snack. The night clerk working the desk, Brian I believe, was SO nice and asked if we'd like some milk to go with it. He went into the breakfast area and got us a cup of milk. The next morning when we headed out to get to the airport he was still at the desk and he was just as friendly. Great hospitality!!!

Hotel staff provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast options were great. One of my colleagues used the airport shuttle and it was super convenient. We went to several different areas around the city and nothing took more than 15 minutes to get to from this location. My only complaint is the tv remote...it took time for stations to load, the remote hat to be in the exact location to work. But i find most hotel tv systems annoying, so this doesn't impact my rating.

The hotel staff greeted us each time we entered and exited the building. I was a little nervous walking into the hotel and seeing the dated furniture but the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable!

Noise from the airport was pretty loud. The rooms could've used an update for sure. I stayed here because of the convenience of the airport but would have preferred a little newer hotel. I was only here for a few hours so no big deal.

Check in quick & easy, needed airport transportation the next day, no problem to add that. Breakfast staff were not friendly. Food was good. Will stay here again. Very convenient to airport

I spent 4 nights there. Typical layout and furniture. The desk and the carpet looked a little worn. The beds were creaky. The bathroom faucet was stiff to turn on and off. Water pressure was good for the shower but not the sink. The hallway closet was challenging to open without a handle. The hotel tidied up the room twice, although I do not recall opting out daily service. Other than that, the room is clean and comfortable. And the hotel is not as ghetto as the one next door.
