Very friendly employees

My last night there, I needed to be leaving at 2:30AM. I needed sleep. A VERY large group of people came in with well over 20 kids that were allowed to just run all over the place unsupervised. Cant sleep with constant door slamming, running in the halls laughing, yelling etc. I didn't bother complaining about it, I just got up, packed and left about 10:30 PM, got back on the road and slept at rest areas. I'm sure the staff saw what was happening and if it were white people making all the noise, something would have been said about the kids being out of control.

good price, good location

Location was great, close to airport and family. Places to eat and groceries near by. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable bed! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was above average for most free breakfast.

We had 17 teams rooms reserved for 3 nights. We sent over a cc auth form and rooming list a week in advance. Wrong cards were charged, wrong rooms were assigned, wrong room types were assigned, rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay, had to get towels from the front desk, front desk staff very inexperienced.

The shower wasn’t completely clean. However, the rest of the room was very nice. Employees were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

Front desk staff was helpful with questions, other staff were courteous, breakfast was very good everyday. I will stay at this hotel while visiting every time

Clean and modern.

The place is great and the staff is extremely helpful. There was an issue with the shuttle. They pick-up at Zone 5 vs the Airport Shuttle area. Its not on the expedia instructions nor is their local phone number. When I called the number on the website, it only gave the global reservations, so it took a long time to get picked-up. The condition of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff made up for the inconvenience. Thanks.

There ants in the room and the tv didn’t work

There was a dead bird between my parking space and the next upon my arrival. On my way out to dinner, I asked Trey at the front desk if he would put on some gloves and remove the poor bird so it didn't get squashed. Upon my return, the bird was still there, so I dispsed of it. There is no towel rack or hooks in bathroom to hang towels or wash cloths for drying. This makes no sense to me, especially since I prefer to use my towel multiple times. I discovered a queen fitted sheet had been put on my king size mattress when the corners were pulling off. Initially, I thought perhaps the sheet was put on the wrong direction. After a personal attempt to re-make the bed, it was evident the incorrect size fitted sheet was used. I called the front desk to ask that the correct size sheet be dropped by housekeeping the next day. Trey said he'd made note of it for housekeeping. There was a king-sized fitted sheet on the bed when I returned the next day. You can bet that is something I will be checking on all hotel beds! Breakfast fare was wonderful and varied , and I appreciated that bottles of water were offered to guests at the front desk.

Very few channels on TV. Breakfast was just okay. Otherwise, the hotel was nice. Very clean.

The room wasn’t clean. Hair in the bathroom and food crumbs on the floor. This is right next to the airport so the planes taking off sound like they go right over the hotel.

Trey was handling the busy front desk alone but still worked nicely And friendly telling us our reservation had been canceled by Expedia. We were a still able to get a nice room. Property in the process of renovating... a nice stay and good breakfast.

Easy access to airport

I chose this one because it had a late night shuttle.

Newly renovated. Spacious.

Property was fine. Problem at check in. We switched our reservation to 4/2 but hotel had us still coming on 4/3. Clerk said I “need to watch to make sure not double charged on credit card”. I hope no issues moving forward because I don’t want to pay 2x and don’t want to have to call Travelocity.

The lobby was under construction. No vending or ice machines on my floor. Or anywhere…per policy, I received new towels, the bathroom was in order, but no one made the bed. The fitted sheets did not fit the bed. The containers on the walls (soap etc.) were convenient, but I was concerned about the contents and the frequency with which the containers were cleaned. Thank you.

Bed was great. Airport shuttle. Nice staff.
