the room was pretty gross, had yellow pillows and a couple of mystery stains on the sheets, the toilet paper wasnt changed and the desk wasn’t cleaned. The guy at the front desk was pretty friendly tho.

We have stayed here many times before when it was a Sure Stay Plus by Best Western as recent as April 3, 2024 now it is a Quality Inn i have never stayed in such a disgusting so called hotel in my entire life first of all they said my room was not paid for i had a emailed receipt from Hotels. Com 1st room had a man staying there the man at the front desk was extremely rude to my husband our room was dirty had ants smelled awful it is hard to comprehend how a hotel can go downhill so quickly please do your self a favor and stay elsewhere

Location was good and service was great. Condition of the room was average. Bathtub was very slow to drain, the tub water valve had a constant leak, and the door lock was a little suspect. These are minor issues and still a good stay.

The carpet had food remains on them. The mirror and wall near the sink were dirty. The coffee pot was unclean. The shower curtains needed changed and the tub was dirty as well. Needed repair work too in the room.

Door lock had been damaged and cheaply repaired. Rubber gasket had gaps. Carpet was filthy. Staff was adequate but not friendly or helpful.

This property should be condemned! How they get away with renting these rooms out. I do not know. All of the bed linens were stains very badly. There was a roach, infestation the manager/owner of this place took care less do not waste your money at this place.

Non-smoking room had a smoke smell, even though it wasn't too strong, it was quite evident. Room was not filthy but not particularly clean either. the linen was clean.

The rooms looked like the beds had just been made after a previous guest left. There were multiple spots dirty on both the sheets and in the bathroom. The hotel room itself was dated and in a level of disrepair that should not be still being rented to guest. The bathroom tube and sink water outlets were rusted and had been poorly patched back together after obviously rotting thorough multiple times. Staff was rude and made no attempts to remedy any of these issues. Giving the only option to check out with no refund.

I enjoyed my street was clean enough only a few Roaches couldn't leave a drink on the table with worries of Roaches getting to that or my food also has dead roaches in refrigerator other than that it was ok.

This place is really shabby and needs refurbishing. The room reeked of bug spray. But I stay here because it meets my basic requirements of fridge and microwave, and is good for the dog. The grounds and surrounding area are nice for walking him. Still, old is one thing, but there really is no excuse for a missing toilet paper holder!

This place is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are filthy and there were roaches in our room. The property has people that are just lurking around outside. We felt very unsafe staying there.

Once a saw the excellent rating I booked but to my dismay it was not even close to mediocre. Had to change rooms as my non smoking room reeked of smoke than the 2nd room smelled better but the antiseptic smell was very strong. Bathroom was atrocious, stains everywhere else in the room. However, this was a pet friendly room which is probably why it’s not kept well.
