There is clear water damage above the shower head. The paint is cracking and damp before i even showered. The toilet is not firmly adhered to the wall and jiggles when you sit on it. The power went out while i was packing to leave which was concerning.

Our stay was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lacking.

Hotel was dirty blood on pillow

Price was great. Floors left dirt on your feet, and wet bathroom floor left mud. Asked to clean, they did a little I guess, less dirt on feet but still some. Bugs, 1 long bug on sheet. It was a comfortable bed, had a good sleep when wasn't worrying about bugs or cleaning my feet forgot slippers. The managers were very nice and accommodating no problem with them personally. Just mainly floors.

I was not comfortable in my room. I had roaches in my room. Front desk name Ken was ignorant and unprofessional about the situation. I was not given an apology discount or anything.

Front desk would NOT give deposit back, saying I smoked cigarettes in room. Confusing baby formula for ash on the side table. I had to call cops to get my deposit back!! Do NOT recommend

It was quiet and clean

The stay was very good, but the room was a little ru down. All in all I would do it again.

We arrived at this terrible hotel from the start the guy behind the counter was rude.and because we came a little early they wouldn’t let us check in instead they made us pay for a room that we were not gonna stay in for more than 6 hours. Whatever we slept and woke up to employee yelling at us in a different language . So we left the hotel and went to a different hotel they canceled my reservation but never gave me back my money.

Receptioist was very caring and helpful.

The property seemed unattended. Only saw the person at the desk and they were not very attentive.

Good location. Out dated and a little junky.

Fine for a one night stay, the coating on the bathtub is chipped and is uncomfortable to stand on when showering, when I pulled on a tissue the entire faceplate flew off of the wall. The remainder of the room was clean, hardly any options for a grab and go breakfast.

TERRIBLE DO NOT STAY

The room we stayed in, the door did not have even the slightest seal around it so the road noise and cigarette smoke came in as if there was no door. One of the linen sets was stained. Having paid a very low rate i didnt have high expectation vut this was particularly bad. Got very little sleep. The front desk staff was the one highlight, friendly and knowledgeable.

Our room was kind of falling apart. The door latch had been pulled out and barely worked. The kleenex holder was hanging down. The bath was rough and unusable. And when we left at 4AM to catch a flight, two cops were outside our door handling a noisy (possible) trafficking? situation with their cars nearby flashing lights and two young girls in tow.

First let me tell you. I was traveling from Oklahoma to Lawrence to visit some extended family. I called a little early and let them know I would be a few minutes after 3pm which is check in. They said that was fine, after a 5 hour drive I finally arrive. Check in and I get to my room, I go to put my suitcase on a wooden chair in there and the arm is broken, the chair is wobbly and damn near falling apart. I say you know what that is fine it’s just a chair. I got a double queen room non smoking. I go to use the restroom and the toilet is wobbling, the shower doesn’t work. Then my daughter who is one needed a change. As I’m changing her she gets a little of her poop on the blanket (which isn’t thick to begin with). I finish changing her and take the blanket directly to the office and explain there was a little misshap and I needed a new blanket. They ask what for and I say ( my 1 year old was in the middle of her change and she got a little of her poop on the blanket) I then proceed to get scolded my house keeping saying they are going to charge me for the blanket and that it’s “unacceptable that my child had pooped on the blanket.” I informed her that the blanket wasn’t soiled it just needed a quick wash and it will be back to normal. Didn’t listen and slammed the door in my face. They then give me a new blanket that has cigarette ash burns all over it like that’s acceptable but a little accident from a parent isn’t. Worst experience ever.

Place was gross paint over apparent water damage. Door looks like it's been kicked in quite a few times wouldn't even shut all the way. The ptac air unit was disgusting and I had to clean myself. The vinyl plank flooring was disgusting my feet were black everyday and I had to was my feet before bed. I even used a towel to try and mop the floor. I would not recommend. Cops where there often with people screaming and yelling. The bedding was not fresh. They do not take care of the place

Decided at the last minute to take the trip. Chose the least expensive spot which was about 1/2 of what the reservation would have been if I had joined the group attending the same event. I also traveled by motorcycle and saved a lot on the trip. (Haven't calculated how much yet). The location is showing it's age a bit, but there are some upgrades. Gone is the carpeting I usually find in motels, replaced with a solid surface. I think if that's going to be the new thing, then they should do a bit of in floor heating on each side of the bed and in the sink/tub and shower areas.

Linens had stains. Towels had stains. Hair from previous occupant or staff on linens, towels, shower walls, and bathroom floor. I saw people cleaning rooms. I'm not sure how much cleaning they actually do.

Not clean inside or out

Hotel has not been updated since it was built. Beat up and dirty. Never again.

This place we dirty, the door to my room the safety lock was broken. The ironing board looked like it had mold grown on it.

The hotel is dilapidated. It looks like everything has been fixed with a bandaid. Comforter head shoe prints on it. Had to buy sheets. Sheets had stains. Cereal looks like its been in container for years. Not safe. Cops showed up while staying there

Clean, nice-smelling room. Convenient parking at the door!

Originally, I was charge half of the price of the stay one day with the remaining total taken out the following day. Whenever I got there, they tried to charge me an additional $342 and complicated my check in with calls to their technical support for a new system that they obviously didn’t understand. Once the manager received confirmation I was able to stay in the most bug infested room I’ve ever stayed in with stink bugs crawling on the mirror, floor and desk tops. The room was not clean with obvious smudging on the mirrors and dead nats in the bedsheets. I decided to bite the bullet since every other motel was booked. After my stay, they decided to return half of price of the stay to my bank account, while taking an additional $292 out of there as well. Completely draining me. Now I need to converse with my bank to recover my money. Now this may not be the fault of the employees there, but for the price, this place is not worth it.
