Nice efficient staff

Absolutely disgusted to the point I took pictures and filed a claim. Did not stay left immediately after taking pictures.holes in the sheets, hair in the sheets ceiling with water damage rusty bath tub. To much to list terrible I will be contacting health services. The pictures shown on your web do not depict the reality. Also smelled really bad.

Please be aware this is not a hotel… it’s a motel located by the side of the freeway. You will need to ring a bell and the attendant will come to do the check-in through a glass protection partition. My room was in absolutely terrible condition; there were holes in the walls, the furniture was damaged, and there were huge stains everywhere. The pictures shown on Expedia are not current and are very deceiving. We did not stay there, because I did not feel safe.

We ended up renting this room a day early, and had ti check out because the room was filthy. There was white crusty stuff on the wall and curtains. There was mold on the wall, and cigarette burns in the bedding of the no smoking room. We checked out early and went to another hotel.

My son is a United States Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton which is the reason I booked this hotel. It is very close to the base so it was very easy for myself with 3 small children to visit my son on case with ease. But the condition of the hotel wasn’t worth a penny. I was more than disappointed and utterly shocked that Hotels.com would even host such a place for your customers to be thrown into. Because of your no refund policy it makes it easy for establishment this disgusting to stay in business. It is becoming way too risky to book through a third party because you are left stuck having a sleepless night in a place that’s filthy, unkept, unsafe and plain ole deplorable. There was rust, mold, exposed wiring, chipped paint, an open bathroom window that overlooked a trailer park or something, dirty stained cigarette burned comforters, food and trash left in drawers from previous people, ice machine out of order, etc….. And because according to the clerk (he was very pleasant despite working at this horrible place ) I was the last guest to check in and it was after hours (after 10pm) he was giving me my room keys and then shutting it down so to me that was saying no other rooms were available and no one was on duty to help me if I had an issue anyway.

I really liked how the room I got had a small bedroom with another bed in it, the hotel was a little dated but wasn’t bad at all I will definitely stay here again in the future

Unsafe! We paid for 2 nights and stayed for 20 minutes. There was screaming and yelling outside our room and a homeless man laying down and blocking the stairwell outside our door and people using drugs out in the open. We tried to contact the desk but they had closed for the evening so we contacted Expedia. Expedia was able to reach the property manager, who told them that he was in the office but he was not in the office. He told Expedia that it was quiet and that we were lying and then hung up on the representative. We checked into a different hotel less than an hour later. Expedia tried to get us a refund but the owner apparently refused. Why should we have to pay for a place we never stayed at? Why would we leave immediately after checking in and check into another hotel if we did not feel threatened or unsafe? Pay the extra money folks. This is not the place to bring women or children!

Shower head was broken. Room smelled musty. TV didn’t work . Light flicker. No trash can in the bathroom.

Good room and great location to visit the Oceanside area.

Harbor inn has become my choice when coming to do business in Oceanside there's so many perks around harbor inn including the accommodations of harbor inn I enjoy staying there love the ocean view lots of restaurants water sports walking shopping all within walking distance got to love that too overall APlus thank you

Shower head leaking

Smelled so much like smoke. So dirty. The shower was awful. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I felt gross just being in the room. Do NOT recommend.

the competitive advantage is the staff. checking in with the gentleman was simple. he had a warm greeting and made our group feel safe. however, the property is in need of restoration. the room is plagued with water damage, ripped linen, cracked foundation and outdated decoration.

Never before did I the need to look for bed bugs. However, my 15 minute "stay" at this hovel involved me staring at the dirty mattress and linen before checking out. Their no cancelation and no refund policy serves them well. Hopefully, they put the money to good use.

Room is dirty with cockroaches and hair in the sink and shower. Told the front desk and they were rude and disrespectful- didn't offer to clean it or provide another room. Just gave me some cleaning solution so I could clean it myself.

Overall, we got what we payed for. The rooms were decently clean and had most amenities. However, the room wasn’t very noise proof and it was easy to hear the neighbors and outside from inside the room even with the windows and door closed. We also had issues with unknown bugs coming in the room every night. Customer service was overall pretty good and room service cleaned well.

Welcome to Ghetto Inn.. This place is terrible! Weed smoking at my door, paper thin walls, no functioning TV, no security between adjacent doors, no security on the front door. Parking lot pimps staring at me as I unloaded my car. I slept maybe two hours intermittently…. Negative Stars at this dump!

The ice machine is not central located. I was given a room at the other end of the property.

They did not clean the room, only offered clean towels

This place is nothing like the pics. It's disgusting. There's rust all over the bathroom coaches running everywhere there was a dead spider smooshed above the bed. When I asked for another room they said they were sold out. The guy straight up said that he wouldnt do anything to help because we booked through hotels.com. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Terrible . terrible. Terrible In fact this is the worst I have ever seen

This was a great last minute hotel, the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and equipped with a coffee maker , It was affordable, clean and over all really nice , 10/10 :)
