I've faced issues with the parking. When booking the hotel, it showed parking was included, but I had to pay $68 a day. They mentioned the valet would park my car and let us know if anything was needed from the vehicle. When I asked them if I had left my charger in the car, he asked me to go and get it and handed me the key. It's ridiculous. They ask you to text when you need the vehicle. If busy, it will take 10/15 minutes, but most of the time, when I text and wait 20 minutes later when I ask, they respond oh, sorry, we didn't see the request message. The restaurant's food quality is poor, and when I asked room service to send me a spoon and plate, they took 20/28 minutes. When I asked the front desk, they said to wait or come down and get it. We have only one room service employee available. Poor with the amount they're charging, never book again with this hotel

Phillip in the dinning room was excellent. He made our trip wonderful. He went above and beyond what was expected. He deserves a raise.

It’s a nice hotel but overpriced. Staff is semi helpful. Only one staff member went out of their way to help. No room service for a hotel of this price and caliber is unacceptable. Not really close to either the waterfront or the space needle. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Its a Very expensive evening parking. Streetparking was confusing and risky as homeless circling. I would NOT recommend unless you pay $45 for an evening parking

The front desk supervisor was smug and unaccommodating. She, Andrea, did not offer to help in any way and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes to speak with her, did not even apologize for the hold. I realize it's a small thing, but it felt disrespectful and rude.

A few homeless people around which was a bit unnerving after dark. But hotel was clean and beds were SUPER comfy. Staff was helpful and polite. Don’t forget to book valet parking when you book hotel other wise it is more expensive.

This hotel was really high quality. The location was super convenient, the room and bathroom were huge, and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed on the 24th floor which was fun. Even though it is a huge hotel, the noise level was very low and we had a great view of the city. Rooms on the other side of the hall had even better views. These are all things I would expect from a hotel at this price point, and they delivered.
My only (very minor) complaint is I wish their check-in time was 3pm instead of 4pm.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and staff, especially the bell /desk staff went above and beyond to be helpful and even arranged for cabs as needed. The restaurant is o.k . The fitness room was excellent with more options than i would have expected. At night a lot of homeless people in downtown seattle but they mostly leave you alone. Staff were helpful with navigating which neighborhoods were less safe. This hotel is close to the light rail and many attractions such as the seattle art museum and pike place market. Would highly recommend for just the staff alone😊

Outstanding location, everything we wanted to see was walkable. Room was very nice & clean and the staff were very helpful.
The WiFi was a little intermittent and would drop out frequently, but that would be my only complaint.
