Older property, but very nicely refurbished. Restaurant very good also. Sad to see the state of downtown Johnstown, the hotel was about the only thing open.

The hotel was very nice, the food was very good, & there was entertainment. Felt uncomfortable walking to a restaurant in the same neighborhood. But would definitely stay there again & stay inside the facility.

Parking is half a mile away in a dirty parking garage filled with needles and no elevator. Not easy to grab breakfast, not even a water. Hotel was dirty.

The hotel has a run down feel to it. There’s very minimal parking and they encourage you to find street parking or park in a former Rite Aid’s lot across the street or a garage down the street but then they charge you for parking. The bed was comfortable.

The service here is amazing. The staff is so friendly. The restaurant is nice and the pool was huge. The only issue we had was that different people at the restaurant applied the kids eat free differently. They need a cohesive policy.

Perfect location for hitting up a concert at the Arena. Easy to get to, easy to leave town afterwards. Friendly staff, clean grounds, clean lobby, clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was not the greatest in terms of quality - next time I think we would order from the breakfast menu.

Very friendly staff. Building is old and looks to be falling apart. Overall nice visit, rooms were okay, clean, AC unit didn’t work properly and wouldn’t respond to the touch pad on the wall.

I ended up mistakenly at the wrong Holiday Inn (there are two in one town!) and after unpacking 12 bags (I am a sales rep) and sick as a dog, the manager would not allow me to switch to the other location. When I had to repack and go to this location she was unkind and couldn’t find my second room reservation and didn’t attempt to help me at all. I have never experienced such a poor level of customer service and it was very short sighted of her-I now will NEVER stay at her hotel again when she just could have shown compassion and I certainly would have returned.

A band was playing with loud bass music until 11 pm the night my child and I stayed there, 2 floors below us. It was posted 10 pm was quiet hour but clearly not the case. Very bad experience as a result as we were exhausted from poor sleep, despite speaking to the front desk.

The employees were great. The room we said in had noisy people above us that was running and stomping until very late and we did not get a lot of sleep.

The shower grab bar was placed right beside the toilet and no room to exit tub using the bar. This was a little dangerous for me exiting the shower, especially since it is higher off the floor.
