Little outdated, however served our needs

The floor plan and space were good. There is definitely a need to update the entire building. Hair in the tub when we arrived but everything else was cleaned well. Staff were friendly and responsive.

I stayed for a weekend trip with my mom and sisters. We chose this property for its quiet location and spacious rooms. The Plaza was perfect for those needs. I was a little disappointed that we did not have balconies as shown in photos, but we did have an outdoor space, and 2 bathrooms! I thought it was a good price for the size. The front desk staff were very friendly.

Entering the hotel, it was a good experience Tim the worker that was on the front desk was very friendly and talkative. I was happy to have gotten the second floor of the hotel. They had Texting where you can get your stuff. I text them that I wanted toilet paper and it came really quickly very fast, I would love to stay there when I come back to Palm Springs. The swimming pool was clean and nice and the room was fantastic too with the mini kitchen. Overall, it was the good experience and high-quality

It was a fabulous place to stay in Palm Springs. We were close to everything(within 3-5 miles) The condo had some slight wear n tear /scratches/ small tears in dining chairs/ kitchen counter scratches. I always check and record by photo of these things. But I would highly recommend staying here.

Hotel is outdated. Ceiling fan blades were very dirty and disgusting. Room is dark but glad bed was comfy.

Our stay was amazing, staff beyond welcoming, accommodating, friendly and helpful, (Tim, Laura, Mike and the sweet house-keeping at the hall) smiles and ALL. The 1bd we stayed at was large and spaced perfectly for even a group of 4 people to stay in. It was clean and we had a great view of the golf-course. I would have likes a bigger pool. No complaints it was clean and parking was always available. Driving around was easy and near to many locations, shops, casino and restaurants.

We enjoy the location of the property and the friendliness of the staff. We always get the one bedroom condo because it's well appointed and is very roomie.

They just need to adjust the sprinklers so that they don't deluge the cars with water.

The staff are friendly and always ready to answer questions. The kitchenette was well equipped and the studio very clean. The resort is close to all amenities, and you can even walk to the grocery store.

I have stayed at a few hotels in Palm Springs, and this one is by far the best. Complete kitchen with a full size fridge. Extra towels, extra pool towels, extra coffee for the 12 cup coffee maker. There wasn't anything extra the we needed. And lot's of parking, and great staff. 5 stars all the way.

I visit annually and love The Plaza! This stay my family was in 410. The room size was perfect, love the oven, dishwasher, and 2 bathrooms.
My complaint is the skylights! That room does not get dark (there is a light in the middle of them) so there is always light shining in. Then the morning sun directly shines in the room when it rises, and on the bed by 8am.
We love all the staff!! They are very nice to my family - and we can be loud and pesty!

Loved the location which is off the beaten path and so peaceful. We were in one of the large single bedroom units that had a kitchen, living room and a bedroom. Two televisions and a large patio. Will return

Front desk staff was terrible: we had to extend our stay and did so successfully on Hotels.com, but Veronica kept telling us it did not go through, and that they were sold out. She told us we would have to book another hotel. I showed her Hotels.com confirmation and she just said 'THEY ARE WRONG." She was angry that we had shown her the hotels.com confirmation and belittled us. Two days later Krystal, the supervisor, called us and told us we had to move out of our room, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD BOOKED IT FOR THREE MORE DAYS WITH HOTELS.COM. We felt harassed and scared that we would have to move out of the hotel. It was an awful experience.
