Didnt realize it was a "smoking" room. Smelled awful. Im a smoker but v DO MOT smoke in a vehicle or home. Burn holes in top blanket and the sheet. Burn spots on yhe edge of the tub. The handle at the tub was falling off. Bathroom was dirty, unswept, and bugs on yhe floor, including a COCKROACH. I have pictures but cant upload them

This hotel booked my stay, then cancelled it without notifying me and still charged my card!! They are scammers and fraudulent thieves.

Property photos are very mis leading. Property is run down. Got room key went to the room. Room was nasty dirty. Refrigerator had not been cleaned , had lot of liquid driey
D up in the bottom. The sheets and pillowcases were nasty dirty. Overall, dirty rooms. We immediately canceled reservation.
We wont be coming back to this place.

First he tried to say we didnt pay which i showed him the reciiept an proved i did then he wanted me to pay again an there was a bug on the ice bucket an the towels an wash rags stunk an was stained an it was dusty an the refrigerator was nasty dont recommend staying here

I walked into the lobby for check-in and the door is stuck on the tile. With a forceful push, im able to open it. It sticks again. The gentleman behind the counter stands up then answers the phone without greeting me or even giving me the apologetic, "One moment," mouthing that comes with the territory. He seemed aloof, hardly interacting at all.
The room was very clean and all amenities were as they should be. It was a bit noisy because the building sits right beside a restaurant. That's not the fault of the motel, however. The adults that were staying in the motel had no decency while being outside of the rooms, either. Again, not the fault of the motel.

We did not stay at this property. When we checked in, we were given a dirty and used room key holder. When we got in the room, we had to turn on the A/C. The A/C vent was caked with dust. The linens had some sort of clear, gel-like flakes on them that I could not identify, There were small dark stains on the sheets.

The pictures on the website are not a good representation of what the outdoor area looks like. I arrived late and the area was kinda scary. They told me someone had kicked in a door a couple days before my stay. Made me uncomfortable to stay there even 1 night.

Maybe it was just an off day, but the key cards they gave us didn’t work and it took an hour and a half for them to get us working key cards. And shortly after that the maintenance guy showed up to calk the leaky toilet.
It was reasonably clean and we checked the beds and found no sign of bedbugs in our room, thankfully.

Property undergoing renovations. So hopefully the disorder will be cleared soon. It was disturbing to have been placed in the room where a HUGE construction trash container was placed in front of the window. No visibility to the PKG area or my car. This is a safety concern as well.

Horribly run down, bedding and room
Was filthy, urine stains on the floor and toilet not cleaned. Sheets were stained and the whole place smelled. There was no breakfast except for watered down coffee and a few cellophane wrapped muffins that were left out every morning. It appeared that they were working on some part of the building and there were always strange people just roaming around. We didn’t feel safe and moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our trip

The TV didn't work. The heater didn't work but was fixed. The continental breakfast was six pre-packaged muffins for the whole hotel. No coffee or drinks of any kind. Sink was dirty, floors were dirty.

Staff at check in and check out very rude and very Dishonest. The man at the desk kept a deposit saying we smoked in the room... which we did not. We were in town for a family funeral so we were not at the hotel much and stayed for short period of time. Will not stay at a Wyndham hotel again. Room was clean, though.

I would never stay here again. Our room had not been cleaned, dirt on the floor, toilet wasn’t flushed, food in the fridge, stains and CIGARETTE burns in the bed sheets/blankets in a non-smoking room. How would you even claim to clean something with those obvious defects? Front desk moved us to another room, did look more clean but still a very run down and dingy place. Holes all in walls, paint cracking. One of the worst places I have ever stayed in.

This hotel was terrible! It was under construction and they put us in a room right outside the dumpster. The room was partially redone, but there was no place to put our luggage or clothing, and no place to hang our coats. We asked for a luggage rack, but they said what you see is what you get. There were no tissues or hairdryer. The TV didn’t work, but at least they came to fix it The Toilet paper holder was busted. The only thing available for breakfast were some packaged muffins and coffee. What is Hotels.com putting a hotel like this on their website? Never again!!

The faucet in the bathroom was a constantly
leaking, and there was drywall falling from the walls, brought it to staff so we wouldn’t get charged for the damage didn’t seem to make any note about it.

Noone at front desk and it was only 8pm. Could not even get into the lobby, had to speak to front desk through a window outside. Pended ove $100 as a deposit! Got to room and door to it would not lock. Room was small and had major damage to some of the walls. The guy at front desk was rude and not even polite. The breakfast they serve is not breakfast but just snacks. The pillows were not even regular size pillows. Would not recommend a stay here even at the price we paid.

First off i checked in they didnt ask me my kids age. I didnt put it online when i booked. The charged me an xtra 50 because they were 14 and 15. They said we left the room a mess when we only left a few cups on the counter cause because there was only one small trash can in the room. They were very rude. I will never be back again to this place. I do not recommend to anyone. They do not deserve anyones business.

Door had a crack an inch wide that you could see outside. Stains and burns on sheets and bed. Disgusting!!! We left within 15 minutes - wish I could post pics!! Now Expedia cannot get in touch with them to verify and can't refund me because they say the property wont answer them. I sent all the pics and called as soon as we saw the place and how bad it was. Very disappointing!!

Non smoking room but cigarettes burns on sheet and ice bucket was used for an ash tray not the cleanest hotel, breakfast was a muffin and nasty coffee. If I could stay somewhere else I would have, but it was the closet hotel to my family. It was not the worst, but it could have been better

The owners are very rude and nasty. The place is a dive. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The place is so run down, dirty. Definitely will never go there again. A is a negative five stare hole 🕳 in the wall.

The owner of the facility was not personable and the first night we got there they put us in a room upstairs and I am handicapped with a cane.

This was the worst room I have ever stayed in, the floors were nasty, my socks were be black on the bottom just walking to the bathroom. The plaster on the walls was falling off ,all the lamp shades were nasty and stained, the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall, one of the lamps by the bed was leaning over like it was going to fall and didn't have a light bulb, There were multiple stains on the chairs and the ice machine didn't work. I would be embarrassed to let anyone stay in such a nasty place.

A basic room. No extra towels, no shampoo, no coat hangers, no toilet paper, no extra blanket, no chairs, tv remote didn’t turn on tv, holes in wall, no tissues; you get the picture. It was much better than camping and the Mexican restaurant next door is excellent.

Terrible place. The website said Breakfast included. That was muffins, coffee and juice. That was not my idea of breakfast. We had to ask for them to make coffee. There was one pkg of muffins finally. There was 4 in our party. Had to ask them to replenish everything. Not very friendly. The obvious entrance was locked. Room was dirty. Never stay at a Days Inn again.

Noisy, train at night, stained towels, door key didn't work at 6 am. To be fair, never felt unsafe, just nowhere near the quality I expected. $40 value that I paid over $100 to have. Breakfast options where coffee & next to nothing else.

No words to describe how bad this room was. I did not want to walk on the floor without shoes on. Paint peeling off walls, bathroom smelled strongly of urine, lampshade on desk cracked, chair in room was filthy. Only stayed because we had payed for room through Hotel's.Com. They charged $20. for small dog and a $50. deposit for room in case there was some damage.

Was only given 2 towels for 4 people, I asked for 2 more towels. I was given them. We stayed for 3 days, I asked for more towels before I left. I was told they would charge me. I told them to keep them. The top of the stairs was uneven, and unsafe. 4 towels for the entire 3 day stay!! Make sure to bring your own towels! Breakfast consisted of two mini muffins they had coffee and orange juice but I didn’t have any, it didn’t look like it worked!
