The hotel is in a convenient location, has a restaurant, is within walking distance to a couple of other restaurants, including a great Mexican place. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom in good shape. It was quiet, even with the train tracks and freeway nearby. I am staying again on my return trip.

The beds are REALLY high. Hard to get into for short people and older people. And the toilet paper was behind my left arm and hard to reach. The people were SUPER, especially Ashley in the breakfast area.

Disappointed! My room was right next to the elevator and the noise was too loud to get any sleep!
Also, no hot water in the shower the next morning.
Lastly, my car was blocked in by a delivery truck when I attempted to leave the next morning. We had to wait 45 minutes until the truck completed its delivery to exit the parking lot.

Great hotel for our cross country move. Clean and comfortable rooms. Parking was a challenge with our Uhaul truck and trailer. We had to park on the street

The hotel was lovely. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable with great pillows and bedding. Lounge and grounds are clean and tidy. The staff were all amazing! Complimentary

We stayed overnight while waiting for our car to be repaired on our way home from vacation. The facility was clean, relaxing, staff was friendly. We enjoyed a relaxing stay from the shuttle service, restaurant, pool, and restful night. I would definitely stay here again.

There are RR tracks right behind the hotel, heard a train go by 3 times. This is Hotel.com's fault. They did not detail my billing to show that I paid for 2 breakfast vouchers so I didn't get them and lost that money. First hotel that did not have free breakfast. If you want to stay at a Holiday Inn make sure it's an Express. Stayed in 9 different hotels over the last 13 days, this one was the worst.

The room was convenient and had easy access to where i parked. The concierge was very accomodating to my request. The carpet in the room is very old and dirty, I would not be barefoot in there. The bedspread had stains on it. The bed and pillows were wonderful after a day of travel. I love the parrot in the entry. The room was clean, so no offense to housekeeping. Room just needs and update.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel the staff are very friendly and try to resolve any issues you may have. This hotel is pet friendly and has an indoor area for you to walk your dog which makes very good at night specially if you wife is by herself.
