Melissa is the girlfriend you never thought you needed in your life. She’s so compassionate and understanding and genuinely a nice human being as well as all other staff. It makes you feel like you’re at home. Which is what iI needed at this time. Thank you all for a great place to rest my head and calm my worries.

It was very noisy, lots of thunks from a nearby room or roof. Location was great.

The phone in my room was not working . When I pulled the comforter back there was a little bug on the inner side of the comforter. The bed table handle, was broken off they had to change our room out

The only thing i didnt like was that the safe didnt work so i couldnt use it. Everything else was nice, clean and nothing got stolen. It was also surprisingly quiet so i slept very well.

Liked the river view from our room. Recently renovated it seems but renovations done badly and unsafe. Bathroom slate tiling not grouted properly and were uneven to walk upon- possibly tripping where the tiles are un-level with the next tiles. Desk chair unsafe as it can flip you over if you dare to use the backrest. No info at all in room about hotel, amenities or tv listings. But did enjoy the view. And property was very clean.

This hotel was missing a lot of very basic services. There were two outlets in the room. My wife and I both have CPAP machines we travel with. There was no place at the night stand to plug in. In addition,the room didn’t even have lamps on the bed stands, probably cause there’s no place to plug in. Besides our CPAP machines, we had one receptacle available to charge phones, watches, tablets, computer…you get the point. The Wi-Fi was very marginal. This is the 21st century. If your Wi-Fi sucks then don’t advertise free Wi-Fi. AND, if your Wi-Fi won’t support streaming there should at least be TV service. The televisions were loaded with free television apps which didn’t work due to the crappy Wi-Fi. There was no network TV. We could not even get a news program to check in on the Olympics. Finally, we had water trickling out of our sink. We called the desk. The maintenance man was not available. The woman at the desk came up with water pump pliers and, being rather handy, I was able to remove the aerator and clean it out so water would run. She was very pleasant and clearly wanted to help but was not trained in basic maintenance. It wasn’t the worst place I ever stayed but, it wasn’t worth the cost. I will not stay here again.

The place could be cleaner very old motel feel that smelled like smoke but it was a bed to sleep on for cheap just would prefer to stay other places for added comfort.

Our window was busted out, so they taped a piece of plexiglass over it in the first room. They showed me about 10 other rooms which were unfit. Finally found a room that didn’t smell like cats or mold, but it smelled like chlorine instead. This is because all the windows were loose and they were rattling, so we could smell the pool. We ran out of toilet paper in our room so thank God somebody had previously busted out the tissue box container so we used that for toilet paper. The curtains had random knobs and the hooks were broken so they did not cover the windows for privacy. The carpets smelled like weed mixed with potpourri or something like that. There were too many things wrong to remember.

We needed a place to stay one night. It was close to the things we wanted to do. The receptionist was friendly and the room was clean. I would suggest adding more pillows to the bed. The shower knob fell off in the shower (it was easy to put back on). I think it’s an older hotel that needs some maintenance, but it was okay for our one night stay.

The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room had a musty smell from an dirty carpet. Under the bed was dirty and the side of the box spring was also not clean.

Unexpectedly nicely situated on the river. Plus area for children to play - swings, games.

The carpet had a bad smell. Theres bugs in rooms. Hotel was dingy and dirty. In the daytime reeked of chlorine. At nigh time reeked of animal and alcohol. Tv doesn't work. Staff unhelpful.

Room smelled. Electric is sketchy to say the least. Exposed wire nuts splicing old lighting to new lighting. Wall plug falling out of wall. And, I had to put a deposit on that crappy room after I already paid for the room???? I can appreciate they’re trying to “fix up the place” but our room wasn’t safe.

Friendly check-in agent, nice grounds, okay pool area. Would have rated it at 4 stars, except the hallways smelled of cigarettes. It was fine in the room, though.

It was Pluto tv and you couldn't use a fire stick....room small and outdated....dead cockroach on floor as soon as I walked in the door...was very quiet though

This hotel is not as nice as advertised! It is way over priced for the condition of the hotel and what it offers. I thought I was going to be staying in a very nice king sweet overlooking a river. It was old, beds were terrible and uncomfortable, fitted sheet didn’t even fit right, the balcony was dirty and no chairs to sit on to enjoy it. The slider and screen were off track, the picture above the bed is upside down and screwed into the wall. The balcony light is very bright and you can’t turn it off which meant your sleeping with a lot of light illuminating the room, no continental breakfast. Not worth the price at all!! I should have just stayed at a cheap motel which would have probably been nicer!

There were four plugins and only two worked. There was a power strip with 5 things plugged in to it. The plugin in the bathroom did not work and the hairdryer was bolted to the wall so was unusable.
