The hotel was great. But i will never book through expedia again there customer service is horrible. I made a mistake on a booking and they did nothing to help me

Really good hotel enjoyed my stay. Great area very quite. The staff is not friendly at all, barely spoke to you even when you said hello. The young lady who checked me in never looked at me or smiled just gave a speech she remembered. Breakfast isn't good at all. Now that I think of it not one single staff person there spoke or acknowledged guests. They stayed as far away as they could.

Hotel seemed older, but was maintained well and very clean. The only negative during our stay was the complimentary breakfast. We stayed over on a Sunday morning. Breakfast was served until 10am. We arrived for breakfast about 9:15am and the area was messy and many items were empty and not replenished even when we were finished. Oatmeal was watery, brown sugar was empty the whole time we were there, as well as the dark roast coffee urn. Breakfasts that are hot and fresh are one of the reasons we choose Hampton Inns, but this one was less than impressive.

Even though the hotel is a bit older, it was exceptionally clean, the staff were very friendly, and the area was very quiet.

I was traveling for business, staying just one night and not feeling well. The girl who checked me in did not greet me and used as few words as possible throughout our transaction. They put me on a first floor room near the pool. Once I settled in, the noise started. There were a group of young boys yelling constantly at the pool from 7:00 pm until 10 pm. At one point I called the front desk to ask what time the pool closed because it was very noisy. They just said “ sorry about that.” Pretty sure it was the same unfriendly girl. I expect more from a Hampton and will never stay at this one again. (Also, none of the plugs at the bedside table worked)

Easy and convenient to what I need here

I was very impressed with my stay. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was very clean, spacious and the AC worked perfect for an extremely hot summer concert I had attended. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet during the rest hours. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was beautiful and breakfast was good. I can’t comment much on the lobby or pool because there were an insane number of people in both—some kind of baseball group with out-of-control kids and drinking adults shouting to each other and laughing loudly. The noise was so intense that the desk clerk and i couldn’t hear each other and both had to shout repeated answers to each other. The clerk did not do anything to quiet the group. I could not get to the elevator without stopping and waiting for baseball people to move. People were fighting in a nearby room and I could not sleep until 2 am due to noise of the argument. I was awakened at 8:30 by housekeeping vacuuming across the hall with the door open. And the couple was still fighting. Breakfast was French toast, but they were out of syrup. We ate in our room to avoid the rude crowd of kids who were using the business center computers for games and climbing up on the desk. While the hotel was beautiful and clean, the inability or unwillingness of staff to do crowd and noise control was unacceptable. My room was on the second floor above the outdoor pool. I could not escape noise. That all aside, the hotel absolutely COULD delay vacuuming until check out time or at least after breakfast. I’m exhausted and have a long day ahead of me. It would’ve been quieter almost anywhere.

The hotel offered the comfort my family needed and the bioking through Expedia was quite convenient.

The beds were so comfortable. The room was clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave.

The hotel was clean. Unfortunately the facility was housing many you baseball player. Probably due to a tournament. Many of the kids were left unsupervised and were running the halls, lobby and business center. The computers were constantly in use playing video games. We are Hilton Honors clients but had had daily issues getting on the wi-fi. Because we booked through Expedia we were assigned a handicap room. Not the fault of the hotel. I have no issues with the hotel despite these issues

Very friendly staff, very clean and well maintained.

It was a quiet comfortable stay. The room was very nice and clean. I’ve stayed in higher end properties that weren’t as nice as this.

Very quiet, comfortable. I think it's a little pricey, but everything else was fine.

Appreciated we were able to check in early after a 12 hour drive. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom had plenty of towels. Room includes refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast included with plenty of option. Parking was safe and well lit. Would stay here again if in the area.

Very nice place to stay

This property was very nice the room we stayed in was very large and clean. Check in was super quick only thing i would say is they need more options on the breakfast bar and the staff that works behind the desk should be cleaning tables as guests finish breakfast instead of leaving them dirty that was my only complaint came down several empty tables but all dirty and sticky because of waffle maker while employee just stood behind the desk.

Very nice hotel. Only issue was our room was above the pool and it was very noisy until it closed at 10pm. Baseball tournament in town and adults and kids very loud until pool closed.

Excellent hotel! Staff is friendly and professional! There are two elevators at this hotel but one of them was intermittently not operational, a minor issue unless a person would be between floors.

Great service

Super easy to get to and located near several great eating places. The beds were so comfortable and love the fresh baked cookies in the evening.
